The DOODLEBOPS on disney. What the heck is this show  . That was freaking scary. :earseek: :scared1: :scared:

You mean Deedee, Rooney and Moe lol

They are scary....

Also find them a little scary...but worse is that my (almost) 2 year old loves them!

but BOTH of my dd's L O V E them!

I think they are freaky looking.

I've had the tv off ('cept for our am ritual of Clifford) this week and it has been wonderful!

Judy

PS my biggest scare is that they will be at Disney & my girls will want a pix of them!

My 3 1/2yr old loves them too, but I'm a little scared! lol

I like the DoodleBops! My kids love 'em! I kinda like the outfits. There's a sort of flair to them. Kinda retro-kiddie-psedudo-Cirque thing going on there.
:-)

They are kinda silly, but fun!

Yeah, my 19 month old loves them too...a little freaky to me at first but they are growing on me a little (just a little)!

Was thinking the same thing this morning. Gosh they are wierd, but DD2 loves to watch it. Crazy costumes + funky music + silly gags = histerical to kids!

Another one here! DD2 loves them!!! At first I could do nothing but stare at the TV, but now I sing DeeDee's songs all the time. The songs are definitely catchy. We're trying to wean (LOL) DD off them a bit b/c I thought I'd pull my hair out if I had to watch her favorite episode one more time! She has sudden obsession with Toy Story so the Doodlebops are on the back burner at the moment, thank goodness!

Both my 2 love that show. I think its pretty neat too. I like it way better than the Wiggles, I think its geared for an older audience than the Wiggles too. The main issue I have with it is shall we say...'the political correctness' of it-not that there's anything wrong with that! LOL

LOL - love the way you worded that! :rotfl2:

Count me with Thinking they are freaky crowd.
DD loves them.

Freaky to me too. I won't even let my kids watch them. If they come on during our tv time, I switch the channel to Nick Jr (GASP!). That's the first show in 6 years (and 2 kids) on the Disney Channel that I won't let my kids watch. We went through a BIG Wiggles phase around here when DS was 3-4 and it drove me crazy! There is no way I can sit through the Doodlebops for 1 episode....I refuse to go through a Doodlebop phase! :rotfl:

I just hope they wont be showing up anytime soon at playhouse disney at MGM. I will have to skip that park.

I agree...I was so distracted by how their costumes meet their skin and they're both the exact same color, I had no clue what the show was about, LOL.

My kids don't really like the Doodlebops very much. They're more into the television show "Hi-5" on The Learning Channel (TLC) and Discovery Kids. It's is a show with five very talented young adults who sing, dance and act and all the while teaching preschool concepts. They're wonderful!

DD (18 months) loves them too--the worst part--the songs get in your head and you find yourself saying the "Doodlebop Pledge" or the "Get on the Bus" song all day long!! I do like Maz, though--she's cool. What am I saying? How low I've fallen off the cool scale...
