You'd be supprised. Trust me, their salads arn't all lettus and tomatos. I think I heard somewhere that one of their chicken salads has as much fat as a cheeseburger or something like that.

Be sure to look at the California Cobb Salad with Crispy Chicken, and dont forget that those numbers are without dressing.

Say you take the ranch dressing with it. That would mean that a salad has 530 calories, (more than a Big N' Tasty with Cheese), and 26 grams of fat, (more than a Quarter Pounder with Cheese). That, is not a healthy meal.

BTW, I would also advise you if you havent to watch "Supersize Me". That is one great movie, that really sells the point. I watched it, and it made me never want to eat fast food again. Especially McDonalds.

Oh and another example of an un-healthy salad is a taco salad from Taco Bell.
