Please help, advice needed, We are off first thing thursday morning and we can't find our Halloween Soiree tickets for the 31st!!! We had them sent through the post and now they are gone, can i replace them when i get there, i have booking numbers etc, i was going to try and phone them, anyone any tips!!!!!! So i am feeling very very stressed, hate it when things go wrong

sorry i dont know but i would definately ring them straight away. if it helps i got my tickets for the mnsshp when i checked in so maybe they can give you a replacement then

When I ordered my tickets they told me if I didn't receive them in time (they went via the US postal system first before making it to Germany) that I should take my confirmation letter then e-mailed me with the information to guest relations.

I'm sure this happens quite a bit so I think you'll be fine.

We are also leaving tomorrow night so....

If you see a group of 6 where there is a cheerleader (or Wonder Woman- haven't decided yet) a gray kitty , a small vampire, a cowboy and a hockey player (not sure if DH is going to dress up- maybe a pirate or a bum) say hi. I also bought lime green ribbon I am going to tie to something in case anyone else from the boards are there.

Well i phoned and was adviced to take my booking stuff to guest relations and they should be able to sort it out!!! we certainly will be looking out for you, I'm going dressed as a devil women, with red wig and horns etc, DH is dressing as Jack Sparrow, which is actually very scary!!! lol and my DS is going as a little vampire so feel free to say hello, have a great trip.
