Thanks for good friends like Towncrier for letting me know that I can't read.

My "i" looks like"l" and my "m" looks like "rn".

Now I know that it's Barry Hom and not Barry Horn. And that it's Marla and not Maria.

I'm sorry Barry Hom and Marla H.

I won't forget again.

Sincerely, RaySharpton

Thank you, NancyIL, Towncrier and Disneycub. I changed Maria to Marla. Good grief, Charlie Brown. Who else's name did I royally screw up?

How do you solve a problem like Maria?
How do you catch a moonbeam in your hand?

Oops, never mind. I thought I was in Austria.

Yes, I know I'm being musically vague......

Ray if it is any concellation I did the same thing with Barrys name...which I had on the Itinerary for months before he corrected me. It looked like Horn to me too. :)

Of course, I never had a problem with marla ;)

Ray - that is ok - I have been called worse things in my life time!

Now I feel bad. I asked SSB to give Ray a dumpster view room next year at the Swan. It's a good thing I slipped him $20 and he gave that room to Tia. :)

 Hey!

Well I'm gonna slip SSB a, er, um, never mind. ;) This is a 'family' board. ;) j/k :p But I am going to make sure I double what you gave him---because I want a room that looks across the lagoon at Ray's balcony! :D

Ray. you did not screw up name.. I loved the way you said it.. Something about saying Mahsha with a Southern accent makes it very special..

Speaking of Maria, did I tell you I stayed at the Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, VT., when my kids were real little, actually pre Hallie days, and met The Maria.. a will of wisp, I cannot remember the rest of the words.. Darn it..

Climb every mountain, ford every stream.. follow every rainbow, till you find your Dream.. Ooh, Steve, look what you started...

OH NO, I'm trapped in a 1960s musical!

Edelweis, edelweis...
Every morning you greet me
Strong and white, clean and bright
You look happy to meet me.....

Hehe.. Steve..

Do a deer, a female deer.
Re a drop of golden sun
Mi and name I call myself
Fa a long, long way to run.
Sol a needle pulling thread
La a note to follow Sol
Ti a drink with bread and jam
and that brings us back to do, do, do, do.

OK.. I am trapped here with you.. Now stop.. we cannot continue this. I will have to watch the movie again..

Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens
Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens
Silver white winters that melt into spring
These are a few of my favorite things

When the dog bites (NOT Bandie)
When the bee stings
When I'm feeling sad
I simply remember my favorite things
And then I don't feel so bad.

Next? :D

You are killing me here. Hmmm. can I change from that musical to another one ..

The hills are alive with the Sound of Music..
With songs they have sung for a thousand years..
the hills fill my heart with the sound of Music..
I cannot remember the rest and tried to cheat and find the words on the Internet.. but could not..

How about instead..

The minute you walked in the joint..
I could tell you were a man of distinction. a real big spender
Good looking so refined, wouldn't you like to know what is going in my mind..
Let me get right to the point.
I don't pop my cork for every guy I see
Hey Big spender, spend a little time with me..

I was beginning to wonder when all the "Maria" and "Sound of Music" songs would wear out. Course there's that one about "I am 16 going on 17," but it's been a number of years since I was 16 (thank you very much) so I can't relate real well.

And I don't think there are any musicals that have the name "Barry Horn" in them.

Unfortunately I'm one of those people that have music and lyrics running in my head all the time.

Besides, I've gotta start practicing my Miss Ross bit, right? But I would never be b*tchy to your Mary, Marsha. Asides, I always thought Flo and Mary were far prettier than Miss Ross.

High on a hill was a lonely goatherd,
Lay-ee, O-da-laee, O-da-lay-ee-o
:D :D

How do you catch a cloud
and pin it down.

How do find a word that mean Marie.

A flippity jibbet(i can only addume that is what they are saying) a whim of a wisp
a clown.

I did Sweet Charity but nobody was interested.... We could do Barry White songs for Barry..

Something like Can't get enough of your love baby... in a very deep baritone voice.. hehe

and in keeping with Patinmn..

Many a things you know you'd like to tell her.. lalalalalalala....how do you solve like Maria.. How do you hold a moonbeam in your hand.....................

well you know that maria...

she'd a pest many pests, drive a hornet from its nest,

she can throw a whirling dirvish out of whirl.

She gentle, she is kind

shes a riddle, shes a child

she's a headache she an angel..shes a girl.....

Sorry..but Sound of music is one of my Favorites :)
