That's what it's officially named; the medals are in ice hockey. Around here, we have hockey and field hockey, but I was just trying to be accurate. (And our University hockey team always has both US and Canadian skaters; in fact, when one of our star skaters was Canadian, the chant in the Alfond Arena was "Va, Jean!!" Go Black Bears!)

three others got Silver for Sweden-all in all a very good day.

DH was disappointed the US didn't win. I think he said the women's, in particular, was close.

I just think it's fitting that Canada win in hockey, though! I didn't tell him that, but yay!
