I didn't read all the replies yet. If you do decide to go forward with this I suggest you make a binder. Something like hotels have in rooms.

In the binder put print outs of menus & prices. Of park hours, etc. Anything related to your trip that might be a bone of contention. Refer to the binder if questioned.

Then make your own plans. If you're so inclined put them on the binder as well & invite anyone to tag along who wants but don't alter your plans to suit them.

Main rule: Don't attempt to herd cats.
