Oh Baby it's gonna get "HOT"

I keep the shades all closed. The A/C on and try to stay where there is A/C. Normally up here by Lake Superior you can hope for some relief but it was 104* next to the lake today. The goodness for the pool and A/C. Before we know it we will be up to our necks in snow again.

It's already very hot here in S. Jersey and the sun is shinning brite... Our weather people are telling us that starting tomorrow it's gonna get Real Hot. Are you ready for this major heat wave?

Tell me if you do anything special. Me for one, I keep my blinds closed, which I find helps the house stay cooler... any other trick's?

I am not ready up here in Northern NJ.

I have so much running aroudn to do with the kids monday. I am also sapposed to take my 88yo grandmother to the drs in the afternoon. I know she will be cancelling that and glued to the weather channel all day.,
