Oga's 30 mins after close?

Is it unusual to see ressie's for Oga's commencing 30 mins after DHS is officially closed? I'm seeing that for some days in January...

So I’m guessing this scenario doesn’t normally indicate park hours being extended? If park closes at 8 and you don’t have a ressy til 8:30 then you’d still have til 9:15 to be finished if 45 minute limit..?
