Offsite..getting magicbands

I ordered tickets through Disney but will be offsite. I chose will call and plan on picking them up at DTD. Will I get a choice to buy a magicband if I choose that option? If I do does it have to be gray?? lol

you can buy any color magic band you want. The resorts sell them, the parks do, they're even sold at DTD. I don't believe you purchase them exactly where you pick up your tickets though.

Where in DTD do you collect the tickets?

Guest Services. I'm not aware of them having any other functioning ticket booths at DTD.

There really isn't much to be gained by getting MB. The park tickets will work the same as the MB at all readers. The only advantage is not having to pull out the ticket if you are wearing the MB.

Don't worry about it. My daughter wants them so we are getting them. It's a souvenir, and if it enhances her trip, so much the better!

I have so many I should start giving some away... I told Disney when we went for a weekend in March and for our trip in December to not send/give me anymore. Already have 4 each. I can tell you I wouldn't pay them for but they come with the resort and APs.
