For those of you who stay offiste in condos/villas would they commonly have a crockpot? have you used one? would you have to buy a cheap one?

we are going next spring. not sure where we will stay yet but would stay in a condo--probably windsor hills--and we would cook. My crockpot is a must have and how great--dump stuff in and come back to a quick hot meal before the afternoon nap or after a swim.

thoughts?

Ask the owner if they have one. Some of these homes are fully equiped you might not have to purchase one at all.

I'm thinking of doing the same thing for our August trip. I will probably buy a cheap crockpot at Walmart.

I say go for it. Easy clean up and coming in from a long day to a quick hot meal would be great. Check your local thrift store or garage sale I found minefor 4 dollars at a garage sale.

Same as the others, I've never seen one in a condo or house that we've rented. You're right though, you can buy one really cheap at Wal-Mart.

I haven't seen one, but you could probably buy an inexpensive slow cooker at a yard sale or during a black Friday sale. :) If you don't want to pack one, you could find one at Walmart in Florida, I'm sure.
