Offside recommendations -- January long weekend, family of 5

Hi all -- we have been to WDW several times with the kids and are looking forward to going this January for a short winter break (weekend after MLK). We will be driving this time and looking for recommendations to stay offsite, close to Disney, reasonable, clean! Last January we ended up in a hotel on I-drive close to Universal but it wasn't my favorite location. We are OK with one big hotel room or a reasonably priced suite. Will probably spend most of our days in the parks. Any suggestions are welcome!

Buena Vista Suites? It's right off World Center Drive, and very close. Mouse Savers has some special rates that can be good. I have no personal experience yet, but we are staying there for several days before Thanksgiving on a recommendation.

Residence Inn by Seaworld we have stayed there and we like it, full kitchen and free breakfast

Floridays was great! We loved it. Lots of space, two bathrooms, two or three bedrooms, and very nice kitchen. Travelocity had some great rates when we booked.
