officiant question/marriage license question...

we are bringing our own officiant from texas...what does he have to do to sign our marriage license and make it official? do we need a florida marriage license, or can we have one from tx? thanks girls!!!

I too am using an officiant from out of state. I called both Wedding Planner and Osceola court house. I believe all your officiant has to do is sign the marriage license and send it in. You do need a FL marriage license.
