Also, I do not have an iphone so how can I calculte my miles and time when I am running outside? Is there a pedometer or something I can use. Thank you all again so much.

. What's best to eat the days preceding the 26.2 miles so I don't have to worry about my digestive system failing me? The morning of the 1/2 I think I had a mini, wheat bagel with some peanut butter, a Vitamin Water and some Aleve. Think this will work for me again?
(I run early, LOL). I've never run more than 14 miles at a time and I've read that running pretty much causes everything else in your body to "shut down" except what you need to continue running. I'm hoping at or after 14 miles, I won't need a long stop.
) Just looking for realistic answers and help.
