Is there an 'official' bkfst/lunch/dinner time at WDW TS restaurants? I ask because at SOME restaurants, it seems that the menu is virtually identical and the price is determined more by the time of day then the actual food ordered

The service hours are listed on each restaurant's page on the Disney site. If the time of day matters, either in pricing or in which menu is in use, the times for each are posted.
