I'm trying to buy park hopper tickets in advance. Both sites mentioned above are both the same "ticket price", but on the disney site they added sales tax before you had to check out. With the Ticket Center site it just totalled up the ticket prices but then you have to "proceed to checkout" (with cc info) to get to the next screen. Will sales tax be added then, or is it already included with their prices?? With the tickets I'm purchasing it's a $78 difference. Any help??

Welcome to the DIS, 3AmigosMom, I'm so glad you found us. I sure hope you can visit often and enjoy planning your trip here.

I have never purchased tickets online. I'll just bump this back to page one for you and I'm sure you will get some advice and information about this topic.

I just purchased 4 adult and 1 child 5-day park hoppers (not the hopper pluses) online from Disney. I compared with the Official ticket center--via telephone--who conceded that on the 5-day park hoppers Disney online was beating them by $10-$11 bucks/ ticket even after taxes were added.

My understanding is the savings or lack thereof is largely variable by ticket option you pursue.

Is that helpful? Does anyone else's experience contradict mine?
