Official Survivor Gabon thread

She showed her gold medal and pictures of her in Olympics.
She was actually pretty funny.
She said she had expected that she would be prepared for everything since she is an Olympic athlete. But what she failed to realize was that her spot involves running around a round track really fast for a short period. She said said she was not prepared for the challenges that involved swimming "I'm no fish."

I am curious why they had a final 3 instead of final 2 that they have had every other season.

Do you suspect that because it was Bob in the final 3 that they did not do the traditional "hang on to a pole for hours" competition to get down to the final 2. It is always interesting to watch how the winner of that competition has to pick who they want to go to the final 2 with them.

I am happy that Bob won. I think Sugar tied up the loss during the questioning by the jury.

I think they have done a final three in the past.

The first w/ Final Three was Cook Islands during the fall season of 2006. IIRC, they have all had three since then.

Also, challenges are selected long before they know who the participants will be, so they cannot be accused of "stacking the deck" as it were. Oddly, you would have thought that the House of Cards challenge would have benefited a physics teacher like Bob, but clearly it didn't. It's more about patience than anything. I give credit to Suzie for knowing when to protect her lead.

In the reunion show, Suzie kept referring to "her students", but during the show, she was always introduced as a hairdresser. What does her bio say?

I heard somewhere that Susie was a teacher and hairdresser. Maybe it was at the beginning of the finale when Jeff was telling about the final 5.
