I wrangled while working on my costume. I have the garrison record time for getting a Boba Fett all suited up - 20 mintues flat, and that included him changing from street clothes to the jumpsuit, in 15-20 degree weather in a parking lot. ANd I had never done it before.

See... I would love to do this, helping out the garrison on events and getting to know the gang before sinking money into a 501st approved costume. I would like to know that I would click with those I would be spending alot of time with because of the expense of this kind of hobby; in addition I would just like to help! I know when SW Celebration use to be held here in Indianapolis and I always thought about trying to see how to get involved by the timing was crappy.

No need to be sorry. It kinda caught me off guard listening to the podcast on my way to work this morning. It would be fun to do some kind of a meet up just to put a face to the names on here.

Us too! I'm gonna cancel. My kids would love that meal but the more I thought about it I didn't want to worry about another time to be some place.

I'm really torn. The boys ate here last time and loved it. And being up so early with minimal breakfast, I figured an early lunch was ideal. well at least I have 6 days to decide, and only 4 days til we get there.

Hi,
This will be our first SWW, we're arriving at the World on Friday but won't be at HS until Sunday. Does Disney put out a special park map for SWW, with the locations of the special events & showtimes? If so, does anyone know whether I'll be able to put my hands on one early in the weekend, so I can have a plan of attack for Sunday morning?

We're staying onsite, I'm kind of hoping the resort will have something like this in addition to the usual maps & schedules...

Otherwise we could go to HS on Friday afternoon and try to get one at the gate (without going in)

Or will it be posted online?

Showing the merch areas etc ... And times guides to reflect whats going to be and when

Also if you ask a cast member nearby they might walkover to the kiosk and give you one ?

I've been checking weather reports for opening weekend and it looks like it will only reach the low 80's! But we might get some storms Sat & Sun. Will the parade go on rain or shine?

We were there for May the 4th - and we're heading back for SWW on the 26th... I would love to see Symphony in the Stars again. It was incredible. Hoping for a surprise! *fingers crossed*

It was pretty insane how many people were complaining for TSM to open back up after the fireworks... People were running like there was a zombie apocalypse - I can't imagine DHS having to go through that often. Unless they close the park right after a fireworks show? I don't know. But I want to see that show again.

I am really in Southern Indiana, but yup we are neighbors... Actually we were just up in Indy today doing a little shopping. I have been to GEN CON in Indy too, I use to help out at GEN CON behind the scenes!

I have checked out the Bloodfin Garrison already, but haven't made alot of contact yet. Was planning on chatting it up with them after getting back from SWW.

I'll be changing my ADRs on the fly where needs be, mine are more like "Guidelines" than actual rules... Whoops wrong movie

BUT seriously Program the ADR line into your phone (407-939-3463), I have been known to make ADRs while walking around the park. Trust me when I say it's been a life saver!
