I'm setting up for the parade, I'm on the shady side in front of the entrance too Mickey's of Hollywood, nice a/c is coming out of the store and a palm tree serves as a backrest.... tons of people walking into the park right now

I wonder how many actually knew that the park opened at 8am?? I know its on the website (and has been for awhile) but last year we ran into quite a few people who didn't realize it had changed and were NOT happy about it...

Can you imagine showing up, today of all days, not realizing it was opening day for SWW (or not even knowing what that is) and that the park opened at 8am???

Yes! We were in at 7 a.m. But only for merchandise. What time did the park open for everyone else? Curious.

I believe Yullin or Lovethattink said 7:30.

Can you imagine showing up, today of all days, not realizing it was opening day for SWW (or not even knowing what that is) and that the park opened at 8am???

A senior class from South Carolina (forgot the town) didn't know. The chaperone I talked to said they are already having problems with "choices".

Having some much fun reading what you all post and I have been checking easywdw waits page...looks like TSM is 75 min wait.

If you have a reservation go to the EXIT of Darth Mall!

They will learn but many of the CMs do not know if you can "skip" the line or not.

If you have a child doing the experience that gets you in too AND both of you get to stay in the non LE merchandise area. The thermal detonators are zooming out, saw stockers twice for it.

For those looking to pick up the Pixar Cars for SWW today it sucks to be us. They did not come in on time. "They will come out for a SWW.". Insert a non-DIS word here.

Aerosmith (my name for it because I tell my boys that the last part is mine LOL )only had a 10 min wait at 0915, then "stopped temporarily" twice in the next hour,so heads up.

Are they thinking they will get them in soon...we arent going till last weekend and I wont mind a few of those...

I tried several "trick" questions on the floor CMs and a stocker. Got the same stock answer so guessing someone in. Merchandising is keeping the timing close to the vest if there is a scripted answer. Who knew I would get to practice my investigative skills in WDW. LOL.

HELP! My space barruan says "Zuriunea". Does anyone know what language that is? And more important, how to get my keyboard back? My settings have been checked and they are still on US English. Insert Hans Solo phrase here.

We were second in line for Chewie and because of the "issues" CMs gave us a fast pass to a character of our choice. DS chose Darth Vader!

Yeah... I think we will have to pass on Ray Park. I can't justify miserable 8 year olds on vacation at WDW just to meet him.

Maybe we will all meet Jim Cummings. Any idea on how early we would have to be there for him?
