*** Official September 2025 Thread ***

Hoping to get a res at the Pirate lounge on our MK day on the 16th! We haven't made any other ADRs this time. It's just my daughter and I and we are more snack focused ;)

Staying at Old Key West Resort September 27th to October 4th. Just my DS and I. However, he's starting a new job, so if he can't get the time off, it will be a solo trip for me. DW won't go.

See you there! I'll be the lady on the scooter (like there's no other scooters there?)

30 days! Well, 29 until we start driving, thanks to our 14 hour trip 😂 My wife and I will be up before dawn to try and snag a B&B reservation. Excitement is high, especially since we're taking my mom with us this time, who hasn't been since 2009, so talk about some crazy changes for her.

18 days and counting.

This is the first Disney trip we are not making a million plans and reservations. It's also the 1st trip in 9 years without kids. Just my wife and I. In all the years I've been going to Disney we have never done Food and Wine. So that should be fun!!

We are staying at Pop and plan on spending most of 3 days in EPCOT. We have hoppers so a stop into HS may or may not happen. MK without my kids will feel wrong to me. Maybe. LOL I dunno Tron might be fun. We might even resort hop. The only ride I'd really "need" to ride at EPCOT is Guardians as we haven't ridden it yet, but other than that. And I have a feeling we are going to over indulge on food and wine booths so dinner reservations might be pointless. We'll take it as it comes!!!

The only reservations I did make are for Geo-82 on my birthday, Monday 9/8. Just an afternoon reservation, not for fireworks.

Should be fun!!

Sounds like a fun trip! Have fun :)

Headed to Fort Wilderness (cabin) on 9/27-10/2! Third trip for my older 2 kids, and my one year old's first trip. :lovestruc Our first time staying at FW. So Excited!

We have 4 day park hoppers. We're planning on doing a character dinner on our arrival day. Thoughts on Chef Mickey's vs 1900 Park Fare? We'll be doing Tusker House breakfast later in the trip, so I'm leaning towards 1900 Park Fare since the characters are different.

Welcome! We LOVE 1900 Park Fare! It definitely gets my vote, especially since you’re going to see Donald & Mickey & Goofy at Tusker House.

We loved our stay in the cabin! We’re you able to get a golf cart? I went out one early morning and several deer were on the path. It was so peaceful and quiet❤️

I definately preferred 1900 Park Fare to Chef Mickey's. For me Chef Mickey's felt extra loud and chaotic and I didn't really enjoy it. And the characters seemed very rushed. Maybe I just went on a bad day (there did seem to be a kids birthday party with a large group of children not far from us). I also enjoyed the food at 1900 park fare whereas the food at Chef Mickey's was not at all memorable.

25 more days for us! Group of 8 family members doing their own thing for most of the trip with some togetherness for Typhoon Lagoon and MNSSHP! Looking forward to this! Booked a BB for May 2026 (from our last trip in June). Prety sure another BB is going to happen, too!
We have 6 days til universal and 11 days until WDW - there are 11 of us and it's mostly my main family.
My parents, me, younger sister and older sister and her family (husband & 5 kids).
My parents are the ones who will be doing their own thing mostly as they aren't rope droppers like the rest of us.

Trying to adjust expectations as I know we'll be moving slower with two toddlers.
