Joined the August thread but forgot to join this one. We'll be at SSR from Aug 28 - Sep 4 for our annual Labor Day trip. I'm going to be really sad when my kids go to high school and no longer have late Aug/early Sep off.

With the news that Stormalong bay reopened, I decided to check to see if there were any open days at Beach Club and I managed to snag a 1 bedroom last night. I decided to put in a waitlist for a studio just to see if it would come through and I could save some points. Got the heart attack inducing cancellation notice at 8:35 this morning that I now have a studio at BC for Aug 27! So, my updated dates:

8/27 BC and 8/28-9/4 SSR

DD and I did annual Free Dining trips in September every year from 2006-2015. We (ok “I”, but she agreed!!) decided to do one more full out, 3 parks a day, run ourselves ragged trip while I can still keep up and to celebrate my 70th birthday. Going 9/20 to 9/27. Pop Century was always our resort but the Marriott Grande Vista is much nicer & several hundred dollars cheaper. Does it count if we stay off site?!?!!
