So far Sept. 15th through the 19th at FW. Celebrating my 40THwith friends and family. Birthday is the 14th so I hope to stay atleast a week but it depends on if we can get the DS 15 down there with family on the 15th because he can't miss to much school. My wonderful husband got us VIP launch tickets and my 2 DS one in the USMC and DBFF in Afgahnistan will be joining. Couldn't think of a better way to celebrate.

Arriving in Orlando on Sept 11 and check in at Pop on September 12 staying until September 19. Finally in double digits for our trip!!! I can't wait to get there!

9/4-9/11 In a two bedroom at Old Key West....so EXCITED!!! We're bringing a family of four (including two teenagers) who have never been! I don't know if I'm more excited for us or THEM! LOL!

We'll be there Sept 26-Oct 2. Staying at ASMu. Haven't been to Disney since 2008, so can't wait! Never stayed at a value resort before though, always moderate. So a little nervous about that.

hubby and I are going on a belated 10 year anniversary trip w/out the kids (a little over a year late...)

We'll be at YC 9/23 - 9/26!

We are going September 19th to the 26th for our anniversary (19th) - taking the kids this time. We would be disowned if we left them behind, but we can't wait till they are old enough for us to do WDW on our own!


Forgot to say we are staying at POR! First time at this resort (have been to CBR and offsite).

Sept 8th - 23rd at Pop Century with free dining This is a surprise for the kids. We went for 11 days in 2008 and they can't stop talking about going back. We have a Disney Money jar that I have purposefully left looking pretty bare, and have told them I don't think we'll be able to afford it for a while. They always say for fun "next time we should go for 15 days", so I've been secretly planning and saving for a 16 day trip for almost a year I feel like a big kid. I'm sooo excited to tell them, I could just burst

Me, DH, DS (15) and DD (12) will be going on our 3rd trip 9/18-9/25. We are staying at POP and excited about being at WDW with our "teenagers". Last time we were there was about 6 years ago.

Anyway, the boys wanted to try the fishing excursion and was just wondering if anyone that will be there same time would be interested in sharing the boat. It is $270 for up to 5 people on guided tour that includes everything you need and some soda/water. I am picking up the Unofficial Guide since I heard there is a 20% off coupon in there for this trip. I read some reviews and it sounds like a great time.....for those who like fishing

The best days for them would be 9/20, 9/24 or 9/25. Let me know!

Funny Story...When I made the reservations for our Sept. Trip... I was going to keep it secret...I was setting on the Bed talking in code to DW...when DS10 came in and started talking to us...he noticed the piece of paper on my chest...blankside-up...this piece of paper was the receipt with a picture of the CSR and trip details...he talked a little and sneaked over closer too me and snatched it up. Immediately when he saw the Picture he went tearing through the house to go show his older brother.

DW looked at me and said..."That's why you clicked the button."

16 Days...

Funny Story...When I made the reservations for our Sept. Trip... I was going to keep it secret...I was setting on the Bed talking in code to DW...when DS10 came in and started talking to us...he noticed the piece of paper on my chest...blankside-up...this piece of paper was the receipt with a picture of the CSR and trip details...he talked a little and sneaked over closer too me and snatched it up. Immediately when he saw the Picture he went tearing through the house to go show his older brother.

DW looked at me and said..."That's why you clicked the button."

lol... At least it was still kinda like a surprise reveal.. you still got that big reaction of excitement. My sister in law is going to Orlando for a week that overlaps our trip. She's only going to Disney for 1 day though. We had a text discussion about meeting at Magic Kingdom. I forgot to erase it and my 12 yr old came across it. As far as I know she didn't click into each message and only saw the first line of each message. It also has my sister in laws name at the top of each message, so it's hard for her to tell what I wrote and what I didn't. I told my daughter that my sister decided to take a trip and because she knew we were thinking of going back sometime, she was asking me, but I had to tell her that I couldn't do it this year. I tried to cover by saying I was being sarcastic like "OH YA we'll just meet up for the day at Magic KIngdom.. from Canada" hopefully she bought it. At least if she's on to me, she's old enough that she'll keep the surprise for the little 7 yr old. I've been too good keeping this secret for a year for her to blab now

Great story! I hope my two (DS 12 / DD 8) react the same way when we tell them! I have almost given the whole thing away a couple of times now. Just need to go another three weeks till the end of school!
