I have so got to go to California - since I was little I've loved Snow White and always wanted to meet her - even wrote to a TV programme to see whether they could organise it when I was a little one! DH has sent an e mail to DLP to see whether they can make my dream come true and meet Snow White as I will be celebrating my birthday at DLP and that would be the best present ever!:cloud9:

Your DH should take you to Auberge as a birthday treat. ;) With one exception we have always seen Snow White there.

California does have a relatively new thing where sometimes they have princesses coming out in the side gardens of the castle in the afternoon. Snow White comes out pretty often there. It's very nice. Pretty short queues and you actually see which princess you will meet, unless the Pavillion or their version, the Princess Fantasy Faire. At least at the Faire they will tell you who's in if you ask nicely.

Really!! Might have to see if I can twist DH's arm!:rotfl2: Altho I know when I showed him the menu for Auberge he was not keen on the food as he likes plain food.

DH and I were talking about saving up for WDW - I've done it twice before I met DH but DH has never done WDW. I think he is more than happy to go to California as he knows how much I love Walt history; but he desperately wants to do Universal and Sea World - do they have both those parks in California?? thanks:wave2:

If you don't mind driving yes. Universal is in Hollywood and Sea World in San Diego.

Oh wow - Vala, you have made me SO excited about Disneyland California, we are hoping to go in 2014 combined with a trip to Minnesota to stay with my Uncle - he so wants to take DD (his goddaughter) to Disneyland!!!

It is a nice park. In some areas vastly different to Paris, but a refreshing difference. In my opinion every Disney fan should try to visit at least once.

2014 will be a good year - they'll have a completely redone Princess Fantasy Faire running then. Perfect for all princess lovers.
