I have been afraid to step on a scale, between the BF hovering over Central Texas and being on a business trip for 4 days, followed by 3 mini-vacation days I don't want to get close. I'm drinking lots of water and adding more exercise, and I'll actually step on next Monday.
On the positive side, I'm trying to shift my working hours to leave 30 minutes earlier so I'll have plenty of time to work out and still get dinner and house things ready before DH and the kids get home. If that won't work, I may shift my work day later so I can get them out the door, exercise, get ready and then start my work day. It will make cooking more difficult, but at the same time there will be less time to try and make something "fancy" and we'll be more likely to grab a salad, some veggies and quick meat on the grill...
