Official "ONEderland by Spring" Check In Thread

Not sure what my weight was when I claimed my Onederland by spring clippie, but when this 'official' thread was started (9/24) I was two lbs up from right now...so....239.5

target weight is 150 please, sorry I wondered why everyones target appeared to be 199, blame it on my age !! getting confused.

I think 235 was my start weight on the challenge.....I've got a bit confused with what weight I was when I started Atkins, WISH, Onderland challenge! LOL
 
OK - I've just checked my spreadsheet (obsessive I know - LOL) and if the Onderland challenge started on 24th September - yes I weighed 235.

Okay, I am not sure what weight I was when I started the challenge? I can only say that when I started on WISH I was 265...I am 230 now and I have lost 2 more pounds this past couple of weeks...so I guess go from the 230?

I think I can lose 31 pounds by Spring, what do you all think?
 
Only 1 lb for this week but I think the BF is here as it is TOM so hopefully next week will see more come off. Hope everyone has a good week.
I weigh in on Monday's so I think I will use the Monday before weight to check in with if that is okay.

I have to change my numbers to 256. Yep. It's been a rough couple of weeks and I'm glad they are over. Feeling pretty good today. Had scambled eggs for B and tuna salad with a few crackers for L. Tonight I will eat at church; they are serving taco salad, so I will have that minus the tortilla.

How is everyone else?? :D
 
Just 1 . 5 lbs down . It has been very hard this week, lots of stress at work etc.

I got a visit from the whoosh fairy - and I am down to 255. Unbelievable! Looks like I'll hit my mini goal of 150 by 10/30/03 - Disney Trip!

I have to admit I have not been really good with being on plan for the last 2 weekend (although I have been good during the week). I weighed myself this AM and looks like I stayed about the same. I feel yucky today, though. I guess it is something I ate, so I am not at all hungry. I am sure I will do better next week, as I am back on track, and am exersizing regularly again.

Congrats to all who lost, and to the rest of us... Keep on keeping on, we can do this together. I am so grateful for all of you!

The scale has been all over the place for me this week! I am down one pound from last Wed....so, Mom, change my middle number to 234.5....I claimed my 15lb clippie Whoooo Hoooo.

Then lots of fluctuation....a gain following Sunday brunch. I ate on plan (low Carb) but I think there may have been some hidden carbs...surely it wasn't the one glass of Mimosa! OK, I ATE on plan, just didn't DRINK on plan LOL. Anyway, that increase was all gone by this morning, so I'm back where I was last Friday.

Also couldn't do CURVES due to pulled groin muscle (I knew I was too enthusastic!). Dr. says no machines till there is absolutely no pain in my leg. So I probably won't be hitting the equipment till I return from WDW......will just keep walking and doing some upper body stuff.

Keep up the good work everyone! Onwards and downwards!
 
I have been afraid to step on a scale, between the BF hovering over Central Texas and being on a business trip for 4 days, followed by 3 mini-vacation days I don't want to get close. I'm drinking lots of water and adding more exercise, and I'll actually step on next Monday.

On the positive side, I'm trying to shift my working hours to leave 30 minutes earlier so I'll have plenty of time to work out and still get dinner and house things ready before DH and the kids get home. If that won't work, I may shift my work day later so I can get them out the door, exercise, get ready and then start my work day. It will make cooking more difficult, but at the same time there will be less time to try and make something "fancy" and we'll be more likely to grab a salad, some veggies and quick meat on the grill...
 
I think the whoosh fairy visited because I am down 3 lbs this week. My current numbers are 245/234/195. I am trying for 20lbs. before Christmas and 20lbs. after. Hope everyone has a good week.
