This will be fun! We’d like to go down 8/21, but will hold off until summer 22 if it looks like it will be better to enjoy the festivities and coming experiences, Epcot in particular. Shouldn’t be long before we have more information.

For DVC we're looking at 11 months out: 11/1/2020 minus however many days one can reach with their points (up to 1 week)
I'm not sure when Disney Hotel side opens their booking window.

I've been planning on going in October for the 50th, but I'm not sure what the actual anniversary date will look like. Will it be open to the public or just overrun with media, suits, etc.?

I'm sure it will be PACKED regardless!

I worked the 25th of Disneyland, went to the 50th of Disneyland and then worked the 60th. I'm new to The World (my first trip was 2007) so being there of the 50th of Magic Kingdom will be very special. I suspect it will be crazy crowded but I'm really looking forward to it.

I wonder when we can reserve resort rooms...

We just got back a few months ago and my husband and kids decided our next trip will be Thanksgiving 2021 for the 50th Anniversary. We will be booking at the 11 month window for BCV. I cant wait to book its so exciting
