Remember that job I was talking about earlier? I just received the offer. OMG I cannot believe the awesome package that they offered me! I'm still shaking!!!

I'm planning on it. I just hate that when I leave where I work now it will basically be a bridge burned. And not on my end. I'm very sad that I will be leaving everyone and some of them will basically see me as dead right away which is very sad on their part. But I know that's how they are.

I have never received a sign on bonus before and it eases my mind about Disney spending!!!

I'm almost crying I'm so emotional. It's ridiculous!

While the place you work now is no doubt a wonderful place with great memories, if they aren't willing to let you go out and make a better future, they aren't worth staying for. Shame on them for not looking out for the best for you. You go be your best self!!! We got your back!!!

I'm starting to freak out a little. Knowing I have forgotten to plans some minor detail of the trip.
Oh well Who cares. I'll be in Disney IN 3 DAYS!

3 days till Disney!!! Yay, yay, yay!!!!!!!!!!

Took all my suitcases and stuff and started packing the clothes. I've got DH and me mostly packed. I'll pack DS next and leave DD to last as she wants to help. I also looked at all our stuff and I think I can cram it all into 2 suitcases and not 4. This will save me $80 on baggage fees and give us even more spending money. It seems surreal that its so close. I'm excited and very happy that I haven't hand any anxiety issues so far about flying. I'm a nervous flyer, but I have been using the trick of telling myself not to worry right now as I'm not flying yet, but to wait and worry when I'm actually flying. Once I'm on the plane I typically get over the nervousness and do just fine. I use to agonize for weeks before a flight, but not anymore. If I get nervous I tell myself I'll worry about it later.

We leave on the 20th and I'm in total panic mode! This is our first trip and our first two week long vacation ever! I'm sure I'll forget something or have messed something up!

I remember when I had more than 400 days to wait. Now I have 8!!

Did online check-in today. Just hoping it will speed up things at the resort since we arrive around 1pm. I know there are several of us traveling during 10/22-10/29. I plan to go to DTD on 10/25 for lunch if anyone wants to meet up.

Congrats to tlenzendorf!!! That will make your trip sooo much better!!

I am too excited that tomorrow is 10 days!! We got the house cleaned tonight, DH is printing the last of the iron on pieces now. My plan is to get the shirts done tomorrow night. The bad news is that with work I now have an extra really big task to accomplish before we leave! Everyone else gets until the 28th but I need to have my powerpoints in on the 21st. So it's like 11 or 12 powerpoints on our clinical guidelines and one on "mentoring". This is one of those times I wish I wasn't recognized for the job I do! Oh well! I am thankful I have gotten so much done. My plan is to spend Friday working on the power points. Then friday night and Saturday I will finish packing. This will leave all of next week to finish up work and not have to worry about packing! So glad I am ahead of the game this trip!

Awesome! That will definitely make for a more rewarding trip, and don't worry about those sour grapes. If thay can't be happy for you having a better financial opportunity, then they aren't really friends anyway.
