Ok, now it is time to get serious. I am not a costume girl, but I think I may need some encouragement to dress up. I am considering being Pooh - what do you all think about capri's and a red shirt with a Pooh headband? That may be simple enough for even me!

That's so awesome! You're under 2 weeks!!! We are all getting so close!!! I realized how close it was when I told DH to be on the lookout in the Val-Paks for a coupon for the airport parking lots. I was like, OMG - we're looking for parking coupons!! We're THAT close!!!

What? Do Val-Paks really have airport parking coupons? If so, why do I doubt Dulles Airport would participate? I never even open in those envelopes. One just came yesterday and it went straight in the trash. Didn't even bring it in the house. Oh well, I'm at 21 days and that's what matters most!

It's not really a coupon for the actual airport parking, but off site parking. Philly airport has a lot of off site parking that is about a 5 minute shuttle to the airport and they have coupons in the Val-paks sometimes. They also have them on the parking lot's websites, so looking for the coupon was a formality. But YES, they have those coupons in there! I didn't know it either until our last trip when my sister mentioned it. We got parking for $6.95 a day at our lot with a 5 minute shuttle ride instead of $11.95/day at the economy lot at the airport!!! I think the airport has even gone up since then, but that lot coupon is still $6.95/day!!

I don't know why I am even complaining. My husband's office is about five min. from the airport. Last year we parked our car there and then had a cab pick us up and take us to the airport and then back to his office when we returned. This weekend I am planning to switch out the clothes as it looks like fall is here in TN! I figured I would need to make sure to save out the shorts for our trip.... so I am going to start packing this weekend!!

You could wear a headband with bear ears on it and or carry a honeypot maybe? Being at Disney I think everyone would get it and it sounds very cute.

I thought of that when I typed it!

My DD is going as Piglet - pig ear headband, pink on pink striped shirt and pink leggings. I am rather round, so Pooh would be a good tie-in.

We'll be bringing our very own Ghostbuster, too! (DS) DH won't dress up, but I did find a tee shirt on Cafe Press that says Trophy Husband - he said he might wear that.

So I decided instead of a fairy I will be toy story barbie for MNSSHP, I totally stole that idea from the boards! The DS wants to be a woody, so we'll match. Now I just have to convince the DH to be Ken.....

I saw the weather reports.... yuck!!! It's going to rain all week and my birthday is friday! I guess I'll wait until next weekend and see what the next week's weather looks like. But I can still start packing other odds and ends... right?
