She told me this am she wants to be Tinkerbell this next year. We probably won't manage to keep the surprise but I am sure going to try! Telling her this early will wear us out! It did last year!
Now here's to hoping FD extends at least a month;)

Porter and Audrey Anne were Peter Pan and Tinkerbelle for Halloween last year. I bought P's costume, but made Audrey Anne's. I have a picture posted in my PTR if you would like to see it. It was a lot of fun to make!

no problem. at least we are all getting consistent answers. :confused3:goodvibes I might keep trying back, i've got a plan for either way though at least and it won't affect our ADRs or anything like that.

I think that I am just going to make 2 separate plans. My ADRs aren't directly affected, but I probably would have made a completely different schedule out if I had known about the cruise date. That's ok... P will have a great time regardless of when we go!

Hi all, I'm going to order our MNSSHP tickets today as well. I tried all day and just never made it onto the site to do it. I was a little surprised at the prices for us it's a bit of a waste. With a 3 year old I'm sure she won't last much past 9:30 but.... O well it will be fun anyway.

I'm kinda sad that the majority of the planning is done. I really don't have any tweaking to do for my ADRs or anything. All that's seemingly left to do is buy party tickets. We have plane tickets, rental car, lodging, park tickets and YES class.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to update you all on this upcoming week. I will be working the rest of this week at the hospital due to the new computer charting we will be starting tomorrow morning at 7 a.m. Which means I will probably not be on the board till next week. 5 twelve hour shifts back to back this week is going to kill me, but I will keep saying to myself "Disney $$$$$" I think that is going to keep me going this week. lol. Anyway, when I get back on the board next week, I will update the list. *** To make it easier for me, if your name and info is not on the first post or if something has changed, could you PLEASE PM me? *** I would so appreciate it. Thanks and have a great week everyone. Love you all :lovestruc.

:rotfl: No the planning is not over:rotfl: Now you get to go shopping... buy new clothes, shoes, sunglasses, and maybe even a new purse :)

I too have my plane ticket, rental car reservation, photo pass cd pre-ordered, and have a "disney box" to put the things I will need for the disney trip. Now, I have to buy MNSSHP ticket, and of course start thinking of my halloween costume. Good thing I have a trip to Cancun in June so that is keeping me busy for a little bit!!

Well that is true!
Although I'm freaking out a little bit because apparently I just bought a timeshare on eBay for $3.29... closing costs $99 and deed transfer $75! Yikes! :faint:

That could be... There are 3 of us... my DH is a red head.. he is hard to miss!

My fam is not too difficult to spot either - I have 3 boys, and 2 of them are twins.:) :)

Wow - can you see me through your computer? :3dglasses
That's exactly what I've been doing the last couple of days - shopping for sunglasses and a new handbag!:thumbsup2
I've got a pair of Ray-Bans picked out but I'm having trouble with finding a bag......I already have a Disney Dooney Large White Sketch Tote...I really like the 40th Anniversary print, but not sure about any of the styles....I think I want something white for summer....I like Michael Kors bags, or should I just go with Coach (we have an outlet nearby).....decisions, decisions....:lmao:

OOH a timeshare.. another thing that takes up my time:surfweb: Do share what did you buy?:) Have you looked at TUG2.net.. it's a timeshare forum with lots of useful info. I am using my timeshare to exchange into Cancun this summer.

I lost two pair of sunglasses this month!! I don't even want to remember how much I paid for them :rolleyes1 I bought 2 disney dooneys in the 40th anniversary print. I have the bucket style and the messenger. They are still both sitting in a box.. have not decided which I like more. Did I mention I have a serious addiction to these bags? I have so many disney dooneys.. that's all I use now.:cutie::cutie: Coach outlet did have many bags for $100 last time I went with my best friend.:)

I feel the same about it being a waste of money since DH and I would be heading over late about 8 after dinner and going to see the parade and hallowishes, a part of me really wants to go , DH could care less, he is like if you want to go we will go :rotfl: but $121(the night we will be going is not discounted) for a few hours is a lot of money. Just not sure what I want to do :confused3

Wow that is some schedule, good luck and try to get some rest. I worked 2 jobs back when we were trying to save for our 1st house, as you said it helps when you have a goal for incentive to keep going.

I think my ADR's are all set, unless they open up some of the ones that must be blocked for F&W events, as I really would love to get a later time for my lunch at San Angel and get a time for lunch on our arrival day that would would for Via Napoli then I could switch my Biergarten to dinner like I had orginally wanted. Of course need to watch for the Wishes Dessert Party too!

I started working on my detailed daily park intineries, includeing all the "must do's" for this trip so still need to finish that, make my Disney maps and my maps on TP for my park days, reserve a scooter, a room for the night before our flight to WDW and a reservation to board our dog.

Wow seems like I have a lot to do

Went shopping to day and bought 4 tops and two pairs of capris for the trip

I got Disney Mail today!! I was so excited! lol It was basically just an overview of my vacation package and how much I owe, but I still got Mickey Mail nonetheless!! I think it was finally sent to me since I wrote Disney a partial payment check and they've already cashed it.

I agree with the shopping which is left to do. DH and I started making a list of what we want to buy for the trip. I have a few Disney gift cards so I'm waiting for some good Halloween tops to be put up as DH will not dress up. I'm toying with the idea of DH and I doing Pirate League, just for fun. But I'm not 100% on that yet. Any adults done this? pirate:

Where is the timeshare? Sounds like a deal to me!

I want a Disney Dooney so bad , I keep looking but can not justify paying that much for a bag, but maybe once I am in Disney in October I will give in to temptation.

Where is the timeshare? Sounds like a deal to me! Right now there are many timeshares on ebay for very little $$. The only problem is the commitment to always pay the maintenance fees and the need to be able to plan vacations 10-12 months
in advance. I am already thinking of our June 2012 vacation plans. Luckily, it will probably be disney. :)

The 40th anniversary disney dooneys that I just bought.. I got them on ebay for less than what I would have paid at disney. I also like to use my disney reward $ for my disney bags. :)

The timeshare is in Lake Buena Vista. But luckily it's a group one or whatever so we can go other places. I'm always a planner, so planning a vacation a year in advance isn't that big of a deal. Heck, I'm working on our 2013 vacation right now :lmao:

I wanted a Disney Dooney really bad, also, but I had a hard time with the cost so I got a wristlet instead of a bag.

I have only taken ME 3 times but I know when I stayed at AKL we went to 3 resorts if I recall Pop or one of the values was one can't remember for sure about the other one maybe it was only 2 but I know it took like 1.5 hours to get to AKL of course I arrived on either a Friday or Saturday and it was busy even though that trip was end of January. So I think it how busy or crowdedd the ME bus will be depends on your travel days.

It was Pop and Coronado Springs. I remember being really frustrated getting there! ;) We have the same issue going home. Our flight out is 4:30 but I want to go to DTD in the morning and be able to get lunch to go at Earls, so I have to time it right. I don't know how long the ride from DTD to the Poly is, so I need to keep that in mind. Luckily this year we can check our bags ahead of time and not worry about them. We've always flown SW in the past and haven't been able to check our bags going home. Not a problem since they just plop them on the bus with you, but if we had to take them ourselves this time we would need to account for the time getting them out of bell services as well. And if I push it a bit too much and miss our flight, well another day on vacation for me!! :rotfl:

We have the same potential issue as our DD will be 3 then as well. DH and I want to check out the party, though, and even if we have to watch Hallowishes from the Poly while DD sleeps, that's fine. We're taking it easy that day to make sure she makes it through the parade. We watched last year's on YouTube and she loved it, so we want to make sure we make it until at least then! I think the trick or treating will be her favorite part, and she's a huge dancer so we will def hit up the dance parties! Esp Woody's dance party because she loves Woody, Buzz and Jesse! Hopefully she won't be freaked out when she sees they are about 8 feet tall! :rotfl:

DH doesn't want to dress up either and I don't want to go all out so I've decided we're going to be a Mets (DH) fan and a Phillies phan (ME!!) and DH is going to have a black eye and my arm will be in a sling. :lmao: DH is from North Jersey and IS actually a Mets fan, poor guy, so it's appropriate! He's also a Devils and Cowboys fan. Not a good year for him. :rotfl:
