Is anyone else super sad there's not a Halloween Party on Nov 1? We've always started our trip on the 1st to catch the last party. So sad!! The online hiccups this morning screwed me out of BoG ADR. Grrrrr. I could see the open times but as soon as I clicked them it would freeze up. Do I have any chance of getting in there now? Any hints? We haven't been to Disney in 5 years and I swear with all the new stuff I feel like a newbie again! The online ADRs were a nightmare this morning.

I was able to get a BOG reservation about 2 weeks before our trip over thanksgiving 2013. Just keep checking. I would check once in the morning and once at night and it finally paid off.

Joining! We were originally booked 11/29-12/5 at Po-R in a royal room. But have now switched to CBR 11/12-11/21. Excited to go in November and experience Christmas in the world! We took our first trip to WDW in January 2014..

Joining in!!! Staying at POP 11/1-11/8. This is my first time going outside of August, but free dining reeled us in. I'm from NJ, so I'm joining in for the first time in "Jersey Week!"

I have always wanted to see it decorated for Christmas, will they start to decorate that early in November? Also, what is the weather like? Is it still warm enough for swimming?

Hello, fellow Jersian! We'll be in the world from Nov 1-11th. Where in the Garden State are you? I'm waaaaay south in Salem County.

This will be our 2nd Jersey Week In 2012 the parks were decorated by Thursday--pretty much overnight-- and the first Christmas Party was on Friday, as was the first night of the Osbourne Lights. The resorts had Christmas merch, but no real decorations.

Our girls had no problem swimming, but H and I just watched The pools are heated but the air could be chilly.

The weather was nuts -- hot during the day, really cold at night. We dressed in layers.

Anyone having better luck with the online ADR booking for November today?? Still won't let me book a single thing online. I need to start the process of trying to get into BoG on someone's cancellation but of course it still won't let me search ANYTHING. So annoying. I hate calling in.

Officially joining the November bandwagon!
Staying at CBR November 16th to 21st with free dining! The CM was so nice and helpful. I also told him that it was me & my boyfriend's 5th anniversary and he said that they will make sure they "do something special" for us! So looking forward to it. This may be the last trip for a while and I'm excited that it will be so special
I'm still don't 100% understand the dining plan, but it's exciting that it's free and it'll help us save!
ALSO just purchased our tickets for MVMCP for November 20th (our anniversary) I have not been this excited in a very long time!!!

I had no problem booking this morning, (I only booked one ADR because of a complicated split stay), I will be booking the rest on Thursday and Friday. We aren't doing many ADR's as normal because we will be taking advantage of F&W.

Hopefully they get all of these issues resolved quickly! Good luck!

This will be our 1st Thanksgiving trip, too!! (last yr was our 1st disney trip- we're hooked now! ) Sooooo excited!!
Last year we stayed at the Poly, which was great, but didn't want to stay there this year w/ the construction. We were hoping for either the Grand Floridian or CR/Bay Lake Tower- because we loved the monorail... but we found an excellent deal through a travel agent for Thanksgiving - but they only had ceratin resorts available- we chose the BC...it looks beautiful!! The only thing I'm a little concerned about is the transporation time to MK, since that's where we'll be spending allot of time....but it's all good...We're going to Disney!!!!

Hi There! I am in Northern NJ, Morris County! Thanks for all the info. I actually got tickets for MVMCP on 11/7 - so excited!!!! Of course, that's all I have done, I have not made any dinner reservations yet and I'm getting scared, I don't have time to sit on the phone for 30 minutes to get someone on the phone and am having all sorts of trouble online. I did just try before and got a message that they were doing maintenance online so maybe it will be fixed soon!

I'm really only having trouble with BOG; you have to call for that. Other than that, everything works ok, unless you have a split stay; the online system won't recognize 180+10 for split stay.

Hello! We are planning our first trip to WDW Nov 12th - 22nd. We usually do DLR. Coming from Alaska, this will be a big trip for us. We are going to stay at Universal the first two nights so we can get the unlimited express and early hour, then the remainder at either POP or CBR. Hoping to get FD tomorrow!
