3 days left for us!!!!:santa:
Let me just say this last week has been stressful while trying to make sure the kids don't catch a cold from school lol Nothing is worse then hearing kids going home from school because the threw up! I'm like, Pump the breaks! We've got a Disney trip next week! They have defiantly been getting their vitamins and probiotics like clock work this week and so far it has paid off. Things you don't have to worry about when your visiting in the warmer seasons. We are on the home stretch and anxious to get those bag packed!:hyper:

3 days for us too! :thumbsup2

Trying to get things done at worK, finish packing and last minute prepping. When we get on that plane, then I can finally relax! :)

Here's hoping that your kids stay healthy for your upcoming trip! Enjoy! :)

Ack!

We just bought plane tickets to come to LA Nov 21-24 for a soccer game. We're doing DLR Friday Nov 21 and Saturday Nov 22.

I'll have to read through this thread for some good tips.

I'm nervous about planning it so quickly. Particularly as we'll only have 1 day in each park.

I've never been in November before. What are crowd predictions looking like?

Spontaneity is fun! for the 21st crowd predictions are a 4-10 for both parks and for the 22nd 5-10 for Disney and 3-10 for CA adventure

We leave in 9 days! I have a cold now which is good news because hopefully it will be over in 9 days and I won't have to worry about getting sick for the trip!:cool1:

We leave in 9 days and will be checking into DLH in 11 days (taking Amtrak out there so our first 2 days of vacation will be site seeing out the windows). Hopefully I am cleared to eat normal foods before then - currently on a soft food diet and will hopefully be cleared the day before we leave!

We are doing a long Thanksgiving weekend--the 27th through the 30th. We just moved to California, and so looking forward to making regular trips to Disneyland! :)

Why is time moving so slowly?! In exactly one week my DGD6 and I will be in a town car being chauffeured to our hotel but it feels like that day will never get here. This waiting is the worst part! We're almost completely packed and have miraculously managed to get all of DGD's costumes for the week into a carry-on sized suitcase. I'm organized down to the tiniest detail. All reservations for the magical week are made - BBB, Minnie & Friends, Rainforest Cafe, Holiday Tour, WOC dinner at WCT, Fantasmic! dessert... I'm ready to have some fun! Von's delivery is all set to go, and I've got one last critical item to take care of at work before I can go all jelly-brained with anticipation. :cutie:

Is it just me, or is the waiting excruciating for you too?

In the same boat here! We leave on Wednesday and it's dragging! However we haven't packed yet, so at least I have something to keep me busy ;) I'm impressed you were able to pack her into a carry on. Or is just her costumes? I dread seeing how many suitcases my family of 6 will need, although I think I've streamlined pretty well over our travels.

I know exactly how you are feeling! ::yes:: We are almost all packed except for last minute things. Also, have to make it thru one more day of work tomorrow! Of course, it will be a busy day but at 4 pm, I will be so happy! :cool1: Have to get to bed early tomorrow night since we have to be at the airport at 4:30 am. Just downloaded some Disney songs from Itune to get us in the mood too! Can't wait to see all the holiday decorations! :thumbsup2 It is almost time!!!:banana::banana:

12 days for us! We are flying into LAX on the 26th at 7:15am, then onto the Super Shuttle, I hope the rush hour traffic doesn't keep us too delayed..:confused3

Time is dragging, but I am getting Excited!!:hyper::hyper::hyper:

It's mostly costumes, but there are also extra shoes for her too. This trip she's going to be Anna (HUGE costume), a pirate (also a HUGE costume), Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas, Cinderella for her BBB day, the Cheshire Cat, and Doc McStuffins. There are some play clothes for running around in the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail, PJs, sweatshirt, undergarments, hair doo-dads. She's got a backpack for the plane with some small toys, Kindle Fire, snacks. I feel like my packing was way easier even though I've got all the toiletries etc. in my bag... but then again, I'm not going to be as cute as she will be in all of her costumes. :goodvibes

I hope you'll share some pictures when you get back. Or maybe we'll see you there! We're packing and Elsa, Anna & Sophia dresses ourselves :)

We are packing just Elsa's dress because my little is doing the castle package at BBB and will get another dress. Girls are so much fun. Wish there were more ways to spoil my son. I bought him special shirts and stuff but BBB is a big ordeal.

My son is bringing his Peter Pan costume and then doing the boys makeover at the Elsa & Anna Boutique. He did it back when it was SD365 and loved it. He'll do the "makeover" the same time as the girls - and he gets a Olaf shirt with his! He would also prefer to spend more money at the Lego store!

That's true. We are hitting up a night and day at Lego Land Hotel and park before Disneyland so maybe I can allow for extra special gift or something while he's there. He is Lego obsessed.

I'm letting DD take her Elsa & Ariel dresses. She can buy one new dress when we're there (she said she wants Tiana)
