We got on the FD train this morning and switched to Pop! My dd is sad that we are not longer at Ariel's hotel, but for the savings, it was worth it for us to switch!

Can you update our resort when you get a minute? Thanks!

I officially changed our dates. I was so sad to give up our halloween week dates LOL
But halloween and christmas party, both decorations in the same week and Hanson was well worth it.
We changed to November 1st through November 10th at POR. 2 adults and 3 kids with a garden view. I didn't want a garden view but there were no more standard

Hurry up November!

I promise I will update the first post in a bit. I'm going to wait awhile and see if anyone has any changes because of the offers released this morning.

Do you think the 2nd and 3rd week of November is going to be super crowded due to the FD? I'm getting a little nervous

Not too much. This is Disney's way to get their resorts up to 80% year round. Other resorts off site will not have anything like summer crowds.

Did they offer FD last year at the same time?

Yes. Not the exact dates but more or less.

Can you please change our dates when you get a chance? Our new dates are 11/14-11/19 at the Poly ... it's our 1st disney trip and we'll be there for my 40th birthday now!

Can NOT wait to see ds' face when we arrive!!

Woohoo. Only 112 days til okw grand villa. Hope everyone got what they want yest when fd was released. I heard the wait times were horrible. Back before we bought Dvc I was one of those fd stalkers. Lol.

We've always enjoyed staying in either Aruba or Jamaica. (I love the Jamaica color scheme). While these two are not the closest to Port Royale (the food court/shopping area) I think one of the perfect ways to start your day is getting to walk across the bridges during a misty morning to go get some breakfast before heading out on the first bus.

Well, I lost my mind Thursday morning and decided not to skip a year going to WDW, so we are now booked for Oct. 31-Nov. 9 at Pop... So you can add us to the list. Most of my ADRs already made, and only 2-3 still needed, even though 180+10 was long ago! Now I just need to make the finances work, and off we go!

It is only a short drive (we do rent a car) to the Epcot/Boardwalk resort area and convenient to all the parks and Downtown Disney. We are booked there with FD again for Nov 2 - 11. I am sure you will enjoy it too!!!

I am so excited and honored to be going with my BFF of 20 plus years since we were 4 on her very first trip to WDW. We are taking a short trip with free dining November 20th to the 23rd at POFQ. I have booked chef mickeys, crystal palace, and 1900 park fair dinners for her to enjoy. MY DS and I along with our other BFF will be joining her. I really wish we could stay longer but she cannot take that many days off and neither can I since i am going to disney next month. Is there a November Facebook group I can join?
