We are going on 48 hours without power at my house from this snowstorm. The trees just couldn't handle it. So if someone sees discounts, post them here right away for everyone!!!!

I would love to stay there. I am lucky we are going to Disney for our honeymoon (Dfi isn't the biggest fan). So I let him pick the hotels, 1/2 at POR and 1/2 at AKL.

But don't worry, I will get him to Yacht next time!!!

Since passing the "200" mark in my coutdown, I've become way too excited. It's still months until I go. I may just die before getting there. XD

Please add us to the list. We are going 4/29-5/10!! We are staying at Pop for right now. I am hoping for a discount, then maybe we can move up to a mod. This is our 2nd trip. We went this last May and stayed at Pop.

Good morning to all the May Disney travelers! Some had speculated that a new special offer would be out today but, alas, there was nothing new on the Disney website. I can make our ADRs the end of this month so I guess that'll keep me busy while we all continue our "wait and see" vigil.

I could not get the online dining reservation to work at all. I had to call in for my reservations.

Since our 180-day window just opened, I'm trying to decide what special events we should do this yr. So I was wondering what things people here plan to do - to give me ideas.

For us we've already decided on:

Segway Around World Showcase (do it every year - never gets old)
Illuminations Cruise (wow! love being part of the action! - my favorite!~)

and we're trying HDD for the first time.

I depend on DIS for new ideas - I wouldn't ever have tried any of those, if I hadn't heard about them from people here.

The one thing I can't wait to try is the Wishes Dessert party in Tomorrowland. But book now! It looks like it goes very quickly. $19 for unlimited desserts and reserved up front seating for wishes. Not on the DDP.

I think we might try the segway tour this year too!!!
