We normally for the week of the 8th through the 15th but in 2007, we stayed a little longer and I think the crowds were very manageable. We utilize fastpass but I think it's a great time to go. It can be very hot though. In 2009, it was in the high 90's, but the years before that, the 80's.

Touringplans.com has nothing above a 5 in crowd levels for this week, until Friday the 20th when the Star Wars weekend stuff starts at DHS. Its why I chose to go! LOL. Most days were 1-3's.

We got a pin code in the mail this week, so we have booked the first week of May! We're staying at Pop Century for the first time.

I'm excited, but I just realized that I only have a few days before I can do ADR's.

I'm thinking about signing up for touring plans because I can't wait any longer for the May hours to show up!! Besides the park hours, does touring plans also have the parade and show times (like Fantasmic dates and times) for May available now? Thanks!

They have the whole she-bang. If you have a copy of the 2010 Unofficial Guide you get a big discount. They ask you a question to verify, I'd be happy to give you the answer if you need it.

I just got *Every* one of the ADRs I wanted--and at the Time I wanted too!!!!

My dd gets Mary Poppins for Breakfast *and* Princesses for Dinner on her birthday!!

We are doing Crystal Palace, Boma, 1900 Park Fare, Askerhus, Les Chefs des France (with Remy!), Chef Mickey's and Sci-Fi Dine-In

I finally broke down at subscribed to touringplans! I couldn't wait any longer for the May hours to go up on the Disney site!! Also, it's cool to see the crowd ratings for our dates. Our dates (May 12-21) have a lot of day where some parks are like 0.5!! Now we're planning and getting ready to make ADRs on November 13! Can't wait! Here is our list of restaurants so far (9 days of DDP):

Cali Grille (dinner w/ Wishes)
Liberty Tree Tavern (dinner)
Liberty Tree Tavern (lunch)
Teppan Edo (lunch/dinner)
Chefs de France (dinner)
Beingarten (lunch/dinner)
La Hacienda? (dinner)
Sanaa? (dinner)
Brown Derby (lunch, OOP)
Kona Cafe (breakfast, OOP)

When you call for your ADR for Les Chefs des France, make sure you ask what time Remy is supposed to be appearing. I got a 5:00 reservations since he is supposed to show up at 5:20, and that is the only time during dinner.

I know. I am thinking the same thing. I was really excited about Free Dining and really it is what made us book, but now I am beginning to thing otherwise. I was to bump our trip up a week. I just think Memorial Day weekend will be too crowded.... I need to make a decision soon, because it's almost time to make dining plans..... I'm stressed! We are supposed to arrive the 27th and leave the 4th. I don't want it to be wall to wall people!

Glad you got what you were hoping for! I would like some pre-opening meals, but we are not early morning people. Too bad they don't have meals after the park closes for us night owls!
