I've not offically begun packing, but I do have my Disney box out in the corner of my room. About 45 days out (when I really feel the need to begin packing, but it's just too early) I put out a tote in the corner of our bedroom. I begin throwing in random things that I buy at the store or random things that I think of that I'm afraid I will forget when it comes time to pack. Right now in my Disney box I have Mickey bandaids, infant and kids tylenol, adult tylenol, baby wipes, new sunblock, Starbucks VIA packets, glow necklaces, 2 new bathings suits I just bought for DS and bobby pins. Some of these things I know that I wouldn't forget to pack, but I'm afraid I might misplace them before we go. Just my thing that I started to help keep me organized! Besides, it's fun to see the tote fill up

We're at 63 days until we start the drive to Mickey's house. I haven't started any packing yet but I have started to pull out my shorts to see what shirts will go with them, if the swimsuit from last year still fits, etc. My son has grown what seems like a foot from last Summer and of course hardly anything fits so the clothes shopping has begun.

In the meantime, we are still running our cabinet shop. I'm still sewing Disney backsacks to sell (extra Disney dollars). And, we are planning our daughter's August wedding (in another State) and three receptions. Whew! I'm tired just thinking about it.

But, I have to say that keeping busy has helped the days pass more quickly.

I do the exact same thing. We've been going to Disney every Summer for 13 years now and I know the things that we'll need for the trip. So, I buy a few things here and there and throw them in my "Disney box".

we'll be there may 16-26 with ds9 and dd7. anyone else staying at wyndham bonnet creek? we are first timers at wbc, and kids have never been to wdw before (dh and i haven't been in 20 years!). big rookie fun for all!

I'm so ready to go I can hardly stand it!!!!! I had the fact that I was searching for an ipad 2 keeping my mind of Disney, but now I finally got one and all I can look on it is at the disboards!!!!! 40 days for us!!!!!! I should be getting Mickey mail soon right?????

We leave for our second family trip in 50 days! its our first stay at CBR. i feel like this trip has been a long time coming! i'm also getting nervous now that it is almost here!

May 10- travel; Ohana dinner
May 11- MK; Harmony
May 12- Epcot; Le Cellier lunch and Akershsu dinner
May 13- AK; Tusker House breakfast
May 14- water park; 1900 Park dinner; MSEP
May 15- DTD for BBB; Flying Fish dinner; F!
May 16- DHS; 50's lunch
May 17- MK; Crystal Palace breakfast
May 18- departure

If I am remembering correctly, we received our Mickey mail about 3 weeks before our arrival date last year. I was getting a bit worried because the year before I received it a month out.

I think you'll love the CBR. It was our first onsite resort and we loved it so much that we've been back 5 years in a row. We'll be there again this coming May. I've got lots of pictures of the resort in my trip report if you want to have a look around.

Still trying to decide between Carry on only? or Carry on mostly with 1 checked bag?

It's so hard to pack with such small amounts of liquid allowed in carry-ons.
