We just got back from a cold week at Disney. I am now looking foward to our May trip even more! This will be our 4th. trip in 365 days.lol... We went in May 2009, November 2009, March 2010 and now for May 2010. After this trip we probably will not be back until March 2011 so I want to make it the best trip! I am hoping for great weather last May it rained!
We made our final payment for our May trip last week. Although it was nice to get it out of the way, it was a little sad too. I'm all prepped, prepared, planned and now paid - I'm ready to go. Now what am I supposed to do?
We are no longer going to be there in May...darn snow...at least we only have to postpone our trip by a week! We were going to be at the poly from 5/27-6/4...now we'll be there 6/3-6/11. Gotta go find the June thread.
Breathe in deep ... now exhale slowly!! May is just a couple of months away and my level of excitement is striking those extreme chords where each day seems to reverberate with Disney anticipation.
This will be the first trip since my divorce last year ... thankfully my amazing kiddos (DD, DS, DS - all age 8) are as psyched as ever and thinking about ways they can "take mom with them" in spirit since she won't be there in person.
In addition to my quiver, the trip will include my wonderful parents and my brother, his wife, and their family of 5 (including twin girls ... yeah, multiples tend to run a bit strong in our clan).
Hope to meet a DIS'er or two or three when we're there!!
Oh Gosh, I'm so excited. A little over 2 mnths to go!!! Been planning this trip since November (that's when I cashed in my Skymiles on Delta). This was technically supposed to be a solo trip but I invited by sister and her two kids (2 and 3) to join. I just thing the little ones will get a kick out of POP.
Well, as much as it hurts to say this, you can take us off the list. We just had to cancel our trip in May. I especially hate it because I had a GREAT deal at the CSR and I was SOOO looking forward to staying there. So I really had a hard time cancelling our plans. But it was for a good cause. I just accepted a new job working at an awesome company with great benefits. So I'll have to work for a year before I'll have enough vacation built up. Oddly enough, one of their benefits includes discounted tickets to WDW!! So I guess I'll just have to start planning for next summer!
