Had my surgery yesterday and all went well. Feel like I was run over by a Mac truck right now but that was to be expected. Just happy to know that I will be at the happiest place on earth in only.....

Are you excited by the news that Disney has bought some acreage at the National Harbour? I can't wait to see what they do with it. Maybe a new DVC hotel or something. We can have Disney Dining at home

Wouldn't it be fun to take a picture of my lime green Mickey head banner hanging in front of the Smithsonian, the Zoo, the Jefferson Memorial and from a Cherry Blossom tree!!

I'm now at 30 days til our first night at Disney with our good friends and 29 days til we start our journey. I'm having a fasting blood sugar test tomorrow morning so I hope results will be good enough that the doctor won't restrict my personal Disney Dining Plan which is Dole Whip, Ghirardelli, Key Lime Pie from Olivia's, Edy's on Main Street, Funnel cakes, fudge cake at T Rex!!! I've gotten to a good weight, exercise regularly so hopefully I'll get the

Yes, I live in Woodley park, right near the National Zoo. It is a great neighborhood and real close to the red line on the metro.

Oh! I'd love to know more about the tip envelopes...mousekeeping will only be coming once to our Villa, but do you use them for dining too? Do you fill them ahead of time? How does that work?? I need something to keep me busy these next couple days!!

I think I'll wait til Monday morning for the blood test. I don't feel like going ts morning especially since I have a chiropractor appointment and a dentist appointment for my permanent crown this afternoon.

It is sooooo windy! I'm glad we're going later in the month. I just saw the temps for Orlando today and brrrrr actual real cold! For everyone leaving this week, better bring sweatshirts! Of course when the weather changes, Disney is Johnny on the Spot with their sales of raincoats, umbrella, sweatshirts, jackets....
