Hubby is doing Low carb, and I am doing Low fat.
But, in WDW we are doing low healthy !
Ice cream in a waffle cone. Cheeseburgers and french fries. Popcorn. P butter Choc cake (recommended by lurkyloo)

Well, we have a snowstorm here tonight and all I can think of is 3 weeks from tonight I'll be enjoying amazing WDW! Now if those happy thoughts can keep me going as I dig out tomorrow morning, it'll all be good!

Just wanted to update you that they gave my travel agent a personal code for me to use to take the money off when we check out the CD after our trip, so the same as the pre-purchase CD pricing offer. So check with your travel agent and have them contact photopass.

I checked with my travel agent.... and she sent me the code today! Whooo hoo! My husband is quite impressed with my money saving skillz right now.

I also wanted to add that we have a Rainforest Cafe' by us in New Jersey and the service there is VERY good. We have a very difficult son with some sensory issues, and our visit was being ruined by his behavior. The waiter saw our little man loosing his marbles and brought him a toy from the gift shop. Then he brought one for my daughter! When we tried to pay for them he said, forget about it! How nice is that? We were able to eat our meal in peace for 10 minutes. Little things like that are invaluble.

But, unfortunately, the food wasn't that good this time. The Rasta Pasta is really the only thing I like there, and my husband swears by the fish tacos.

Also, now that you've got your luggage tags, watch for your booklet of vouchers too. It'll be a big blue envelope with the castle in the clouds, and a bunch of balloons on it.

What RFC in NJ? We went to our local one in AC just on saturday and it was horrible. Service and food. They totally forgot to bring out our appie and it took like 45 mins for our food. We've been going several times a year since its opened and its going down hill FAST!!!

We usually go to the Rainforest Cafe every year at the Mall of America. It just wasn't as good this last time we went though. The kids love the atmosphere though (and so do I) so we just deal with it I guess. How great that they helped you out with your little guy though. My DD has a tough time with some sensory issues also and it's always nice when someone knows how to approach her and put her at ease. Make is easier on us parents that's for sure!

Love it! I am on a low carb diet, too, and having a hard time sticking to it this time. I lost 75 lbs. on it before and then had my DS, who is now 3 1/2 and I am still trying to lose this rotten 20 pounds! Not sure where I got the willpower the first time! But I am not going to worry one bit about what I put on my mouth on vacation! Bring it on!

We got our Mickey Mail Saturday as well. Serious happy dancing from DD.


So I wrote my travel agent and said, " Hey I hear there is a coupon code to get the photopass cd for 99 dollars. Can you help me out?" And she said, "ok... I wrote to Disney and they are going to send me one for you."

Seriously? Wow! That made my day.

So i guess if you have a travel agent... it doesnt hurt to ask.

I don't think she can. I think each coupon code is unique to one person. I think if someone else used the code, it would invalidate it for another use.

I am on the same diet too. Weight watchers and exercise til Disney.. then Girardhelli's waffle cones with mint chocolate chip ice cream, dole whips, Edy's ice cream on main street, caramel corn, mango margaritas from the Mexico Pavilion, frankfurters and strudel and black forest cake from Germany..... and on and on... and even more ice cream. Oooh and not to forget the delicious trifle for dessert at Afternoon Tea at the garden view lounge at the Grand. Its a delicious concoction of vanilla custard, lucious pound cake, fresh strawberries... mmmmmmm it was the most delicious non-chocolate dessert I've ever had... oh.. and also... Key Lime pie from Olivia's at Old Key West. yum!! what rides? Its a food fest!!

Well has don't you know everyone in my house is sick. DS2 has croup and an ear infection. He is miserable and I have been awake since 3am I am so overtired I don't even know how to get to sleep.
I have a ton to do I am done packing and need to get the bags for the car together and also a checklist for my parents who are pet sitting.


Well I am hoping everyone here stays healthy.

Exactly one month from today we will be in Sunny Florida.....I have been buying things left and right for our trip and putting them in piles on the floor in our room. Haven't quite decided how I am going to pack yet. We are talking about doing more carry ons and only pack one check in bag for all of our toiletries and stuff. These baggage fees are a killer .

Oh no! I hope he feels better SOON! I hate that feeling when you are so tired that you can't even sleep! Ugh.

Speaking of pet sitting, our pet sitter is going to have some kitttens to deal with! We already had two cats and we had both of them fixed. Then around Thanksgiving this stray cat kept hanging around and hanging around but I refused to let it in the house. But being a softie I am I caved when the temps. fell below zero one night. Now it has become a member of the family because she is such a good natured cat, even though I am not too keen on the idea of three cats. We thought at first 'she' was a 'he' though so I figured this spring we would take 'him' in to get fixed. Well she got outside over Christmas and we just realized last week that she is pregnant and looks like she is going to pop any day now! Ugh. I really don't like the idea of a bunch of kittens running wild through my house when we are not here! So I am trying to figure out someone to take them while we are gone. Another thing to add to the list!
