You have such a great hubby!!! I'm in trouble with mine for not getting anything done today and going to see a movie with my mom instead. He wasn't like he didn't know I was going. One of mine and my mom's favorite actors was in the movie, and it was called Crooked Arrows. It was really good. I still don't understand lacrosse though.

Same to you as well!!

I thought we were done with shopping, except drinks for the road, and the youngest DS's sunglasses. I just remembered today that we need ziplock baggies and Sweet 'N Low.

You check into the Pop the day after we do. If any one sees us, you can always say hello. We'll be a family of 4, with one teenager with a red backpack on and a Dallas Cowboys hat, the other teenager with a black and white plaid hat, and I DH with a Dallas Cowboys hat. My camera may have a Mickey Mouse strap on it. Still trying to figure out if I want to put that big thing on my camera or not.

Hey, maybe we'll see you guys there! I'll be on the lookout! If anyone sees us, (we're a family of 4 too but with 2 DD's and the 12 yo is taller than me!) feel free to stop and chat with us as we'll be attempting RD practically every morning! We'll be wearing matching Mickey tie dyed t-shirts one day! Look for our decorated window and door too. I am hoping to attach my lime green Mickey head, in which I wrote cass'mom on, to my Bagallini.

That is so nice!! :thumbsup2 What a sweetie!

Heck, I was excited when my DH actually contributed to some trip details tonight! I think I'd have a heart attack if he actually bought something for the trip! Kudos to you guys!

Count me in! June 21-26 at Mystic Dunes. It's more of a business than pleasure trip--but I'm going to try to get to the parks at night for dinner!! I haven't stayed offsite since I was little--navigating the city will be a totally new experience for me!!

I just got back last night from my May solo trip, so now it's time to start my new countdown!

I'll be in All Star Music from June 25 - 28 with my nephew! :woohoo:

Only 26 days between Walt Disney World trips!

WOO HOO!!! :cool1:

Ok, I really need a break. This last few months has had me from one end of the spectrum to the other.

DH was supposed to have his PT test this morning, I haven't heard from him, probably won't until tonight, it's killing me. I got his pay info from this last 2 weeks and it's about $800 less than expected, I don't know what we're going to do, I was going to pull some money from that for our spending money, not that we don't have the money elsewhere, I just didn't want to pull it from savings. If only he hadn't volunteered for us to pay for stuff that they should be helping pay for.

My in-laws should be getting on a plane for Atlanta shortly and will be here sometime tomorrow, I'm just glad they are staying in Atlanta tonight, I have to finishe cleaning the bathroom and do some dishes and some more laundry. I have to work tomorrow and then my vacation starts as soon as I get off.

In other news, we will be at Epcot in 7 days, probably looking for a snack to hold us until our late lunch at Le Cellier, which I am considering cancelling now.

I'm sorry to hear this. If it's going to stress you out, I would definitely consider taking off a couple of TS meals to make things a little easier on the pocket. You'll have fun at Disney no matter where you eat! :thumbsup2

On a personal note--I FINALLY got my Mickey Mail yesterday. For those of you keeping track, that's 13 days out--yikes! :scared:

I'm sorry your still having stress. Hopefully things will work out. At the point, I a so glad that we got on a DDP and all of our meals are paid for. DH's work has been slow and we still have to pay our $400 car payment out of this week's check. The check that we were planning on bein 100% for the trip. I was supposed to get cleaning done today, but my mil had to take the fil to see one of his doctor's so I am on phone duty for the company. Tomorrow is going to be one busy day around here. I may actually have to give up my night of playing Diablo III with the DH in order to get everything done.

I got my Mickey Mail yesterday!!!!!!::MickeyMo
Congrats to both of you on your MM!!!:dance3::banana:

We only have 2 days left until we leave on our vacation!! We'll arrive at the Pop Century in 5. I just hope that I get some sleep over the next couple of nights b/c this is the first time for my DH and I to take such a big road trip vacation and I'm a little nervous.

Woo Hoo did online check in today!! Im so ready for this vacation, I think its murphys law here...anytime you have something great planned something bad has to happen before. Im in the same boat.

It's not a hardship, I'm just not sure I really want to eat there after all, I'm just not sure it's worth it and it will be hot, and I don't like to eat alot when it's hot. I've been going back and forth on this one since I made it. We were booked there in January and then cancelled it.

We have the money, that's not a big issue, it's just a shock to prepare for one amount and then get half that.

I think once I hear from DH tonight I will feel better. I just have butterflies and jittery feelings with all this waiting. You know how you do that going back and forth about it means this, then no, it means that. I have been doing that all day. But, somebody that's with Dh's unit got in trouble with their cell phone yesterday, so he is being cautious about using it, he keeps his off until he is ready to call me, so I htink that's all it is.

I think once I get past the initial arrival and greetings with my in-laws, I will be fine.

Thank you. I didn't get to talk much to my mil. It sounds like what they thought was swelling is actually a build up of blood that is putting pressure on his spine. Poor guy, I just don't want him back in the hospital.

I will keep you and your DH in my prayers. Everything has a way of falling into place. Hang in there!!

I feel your pain, we leave tomorrow and today my husband took my FIL to MD, he has an infection in his foot and got admitted to the hospital. My MIL died last year so he's all alone except for us and my brother in law who thankfully is in the same town too.
I have most of the packing done, the last laundry is in the dryer. I work days tomorrow and husband and daughter work evenings. We leave tomorrow when they get home. We are driving 24 hrs straight and picking my daughters college room mate up along the way. It's gonna be a long drive to see The Mouse and the cast member son but worth it.

I'll keep him in my prayers. My poor fil has had one thing after another this year. Luckily he has insurance, but it runs out in November. Luckily, he is a vet, so he can get VA stuff.

Thanks letthewookiewin

My FIL too. He had one leg amputated 5 years ago and the other leg/foot has had toes amputated. He's in a wheelchair and housebound but can care for himself. We lost my MIL last June. She was only 70 and had Alzheimers, she died from complacations of that. She was able to remain at home with the help of private duty aides, my bother in law, husband and I. He's had a bad few years but has a strong spirit. My MIL and FIL loved going to Disney with us and the kids when they were younger and bought a house right near Disney so we could go often. You can see the Epcot fireworks from the front yard. My other BIL and my son live there now. I guess my son has them to blame for his Disney mania (as well as my husband and I) We stay at the house a few times a year but on property when we go to Disney, it's so much easier.

Anyway, less depressing stuff. Yay we leave tonight for 10 days at Disney! :dance3:
