Official JUNE 2009 Thread!!!

Just last week we moved our October trip to June to take advantage of the 4/3 deal - and ended up getting one extra night/3 more days of tickets for almost $1000 less! Plus I don't have to wait so long for June to get here - only 10 more weeks until we leave!

We will be at the Poly from 5/31 - 6/8

I cant wait! Tomorrow is my 90 days and I plan on calling right away wich is 4:00am here in California. Already have Breakfast at CRT, Breakfast at Chef Mickeys and Dinner in CRT. I got those right at the cut off of 120days. Now I am most worried about Fantasmic Dinner package. After that I will be flexible. Also we want to eat at the Ohana the evening we arive. I'm worried that may already be booked.

Cant waith til tomorrow! Then I will be relieved and can start worrying about getting packed.

My family and I will be going to WDW June 19 thru the 27 and we are staying at Pop Century.

We are going to Disney June 24th-July 1. We can't wait. It's our dd's 2nd trip.

Dh made our ADR's this morning. . .took 55 minutes total and he called at 7 on the dot. Fantasmic! packages were completely booked solid, so we're doing lunch at 50's Prime Time that day and we'll take CS in while we wait on the show to begin. . .unless I get lucky and someone cancels!! I'll keep trying.

I just got off the phone with Disney for my ADRs! Called exactly at 7:00am(4am here) and was on hold for 40min.

I was able to get everything I wanted and move a CRT dinner to the middle of the week. We had to schedule Fantsmic! dinner package for our very last day at 3:00, so I guess we will go out with a bang.

Now I feel such relief! I feel I am so much closer. I can now start planning more details and think about what I need to pack for our trip. Woo hoo!

Watch out Walt Disney World..... here we come!!!!!

I called right at 7:00 am this morning. I had to wait for 25 minutes, but then it only took 15 minutes to get everything that I wanted.

Posted this in the dining board as well, but....

We are arriving June 16th for a 9 day trip. I phoned this morning at 9am and was able to get every reservation we wanted. (Basically 9 days worth, LOL).

Hold time on the phone was under 5 minutes, and the whole process took maybe 30. The rep was GREAT, friendly, courteous etc.

All in all, very smooth. I can' believe we are not under 90 days until departure!!!!!!

i got all 15 adrs i wanted at the times i wanted today it took 55 min. and we had to start over on the last one they all got lost but now im done

WOO-HOO!! We will be at WDW in 80 days....wait that means 79 days until DS graduates high school and 78 days until his party!! I have a lot of work to do!!!

Headed to POFQ June 9-16th. ADR's made, called at 7 only waited 3 minutes. Had to be a bit flexible but got what we wanted. We can't wait to get there! Please add us to the list.

My advice for making the time go faster? Starting phrasing it in weeks rather than months and days. 10 weeks sounds much better than 2 and a half months.
Anyone started shopping for their trip or gathering stuff up? I got the dcs some new summer clothes and a cute fanny pack for dd (yes, those words can go in the same sentence) and a little purse for myself.

We will be at POP June 12-17. I've made my ADR's, but I couldn't get a Fantasmic! package. Bummer. My question is how early do we have to be at Fantasmic to get a seat. I wish they were doing the show every day.

I've been told that people are lining up hours ahead of time.

I've decided to skip it this trip. Just doesn't seem worth all the hassle and time wasted in line.
