Official JUNE 2009 Thread!!!

AFter the year I have had so far in my classroom, the lines will be doable. I just cannot wait to see the signs for it on 95. That alone will make me cry with joy!!! Recession??? Oh yeah, but Disney is our happy place. :)

We clearly have had the same type of year. I think this has been longest school year in history.:scared1:

I NEED THE MAGIC!!!!

Almost time for hours to come out! I hope they are available on 3-1

For all the binder people , would anyone mind taking some pics of your binder and showing ? I know weird request but up to now I have no organization and would love a visual as well as what works for you.

So I think we covered rain, but just to clarify. Basically it does not rain for long periods of time right ? We were there the end of July early Aug. and it rained every day for no more then 30 min. I will be thrilled if it works out this way again. People cleared out like crazy!

If I knew how to post pics, I would of my binder. Maybe DH can help me.

You got it about the rain. I have only been there twice in June, and that was my experience.

We will be at AKL June 2 - 9. Me, my DH and our DGS. This has been the longest winter, we can't wait for some warm weather and some palm trees.

Last year we went the first week of June and we had just one afternoon of rain the whole week. I hope we are as lucky this year.:dance3: :dance3:

We will be arriving at AKL on the day you are leaving. Save me a good room. :)

We're going to be at CSR 6/24 - 7/1! We've got a preliminary ADR plan...just waiting on park hours to figure out what parks on which days!

we are staying at POP from 10-16th, we went a few years ago at the same time, adn it was not too bad as far as crowds.:hippie:

About the Rain, we went for three days last June and it rained for at least 30 minutes everyday. Most of it was just a sprinkling; enough to make you put your poncho on. But, one day we had a 2-3 hour storm with thunder and lightning. We stayed in the parks though and got a lot of stuff done in the rain.

We will be at ASMu May 30- June 6. My girls are counting down and can't wait. Got the airline booked yesterday and am ready myself since this is our first trip to WDW.:cool1:

Here are some of the pictures of my Disney binder. I have a full size binder with dividers labeled 1)Check lists- to do lists etc 2)Shopping lists- things to buy before and during trip 3)Packing Lists 4)Driving-with directions and planned stops 5)Lodging- with info about hotels on the way down and while @ WDW 6)Dining- with hopeful ADRs, confirmation codes, and menus 7)Itineraries and Touring plans-with daily activities and touring plans from UG.

I know it's a little over the top, but this could be our only trip to WDW (DH isn't very excited) so I want to see and do as much as possible. Enjoy!!!

We are going June 21 to June 28 too! Right now we are booked at POP. We usually do a moderate but my son wanted to stay there for the huge icons and bowling pin pool! Maybe we will run into you sometime!

We have never stayed at POP because there are 5 of us. I wish there were more moderate options for us.

:)
