~~*Official July 2013 Thread!*~~Our Month has Arrived!

What is something that your family has to do each trip? (If going for the first time, what do you want to make sure you do this trip? )

Good Morning Anjalee

1. We have to eat at Sci-Fi (HS) and say hi to Sarah our server for the past 5 years. :yay:
2. First day is Magic Kingdom - We always ride Space Mountain at least 4 times one after another. That is our welcome back to Disney tradition. :cool1:
3. Meet at least 3 Diser's during our stay.

Hey, jumping on board here. I haven't been to Disney in years, and am surprising my DD 6 and DS 2 with a trip July 26-31. Staying at ASMovies. First family trip for the three of us as I haven't been since my DD was 3 and I was newly pregnant with DS. I am now a single mom and enjoying all the time I have with them, just hope I survive Disney with them!

Welcome Fellow Texan - I am a single parent also. DD is 13 now, what part of Texas do you reside?

Good Morning To All

Noticed a few of us are at MK on the 14th. Would anyone like to participate in a Dis Meet?

My thought is to meet at Dole Whip Stand in Adventure Land for about 15 to 20 minutes just to say Hi :wave2:

Bring a very small gift from your Home City or State for a Souvenir representing something your City or State is proud of. (Example) in past Dis Meets I have received a vile of coal, bar of soap with the scent of the state flower, Etc.. Etc

Just a fun thought if anyone is interested..

To be spotted in the crowd of thousands at our Dis Meets, I usually have a green mickey on my back pack so it would be easier to find us.

93 sleeps!! Woo hoo!!!

Start back at work tomorrow after 2 weeks' Easter holidays. This term always flies in, 3 weeks of craziness finishing all internal assessments and laying on the revision thick, then all the seniors disappear on study leave for their exams! Timetable is a bit more relaxed for a few weeks (well in terms of actual teaching but prep this year is crazy) then new timetable will start at start of June for 4 weeks when we get to know all our classes for next year and start all the new courses. Woo hoo, summer will be here before I know it!!

One of my good friends gets married 3 days before we leave for Florida too and my son is her page boy so loads of exciting stuff coming up. Also have the hen weekend in June (bachelorette party in your world I believe!).

Diet starts tomorrow!! I have dresses and holiday clothes to fit!! :rotfl:

I always get a Dole whip float + pin trading. I buy myself one limited edition pin each trip.

107 days for us. Not quite able to do the double digit dance yet. Congrats to those that are in the double digits now! I'm dancing for you.

Tomorrow is 105 for us. My daughter and I did our official countdown calendar today for the fridge.

We just booked our plane tickets a few minutes ago! July 16-30, here we come!! :yay::yay:

:welcome: I added you to the list on page one, but I didn't know where you were staying for this trip. If you want to let us know, I will add your resort to the list.

Last year, our group did surveys and answered questions as a way of passing the time. I thought we could start that again, since a lot of people are in the double digits already.

Question of the day...
What are you MOST looking forward to this trip?

We are most looking forward to celebrating my son's birthday at AK during our trip. He got to pick the park and the rides we are going to do first so he is very excited about it. He also really wants to wear a birthday pin! It's the little things, right?

Awe! Thanks! We dont know where we are staying until the AP Rates come out; so I will be sure to post then :)

Our first CL stay!!! I can't wait to enjoy all that Poly has to offer and to really see DD2 enjoy and experience all of it!!! Seeing it through her eyes is priceless!!!

Surprising my six year old cousin with a trip! She asks her mom all the time about going on a cousins trip and back to Disney. Just being able to see the excitement of a six year old since I don't have children. Oh and O'hana for the first time!
