Do you know what's in it? I can't wait to hit the Cave in Mexico! ;)

I had a crazy margarita at the cave that gave me the horribles!! Let's just say, it was quite an uncomfortable ride on the Gran Fiesta Tour, and I went through A LOT of tums! The guacamole was out of this world, though! I will definitely go there again but order a different drink!

well if that prediction holds true it will be about 10 degrees cooler then our last trip last may.

i would hardly think hell could be hotter then last year.

July will be about 6.6 degrees cooler than the average body temperature of 98.6 degrees....bring a jacket lol (I'm puzzled why it feels so hot now????)

It was even cooler than that the 3rd week in July last year. Seriously, not too hot at all! I mean, it was hot, but not as bad as it should've been. Only after we spent the following week on the cruise and then spent one last day in Epcot a week later, we realized how lucky we got with the temp the week before. Because that last day was HOT! I reeeally hope we don't get a whole week of the temp we had that day!

I will soon be ready for the heat of July; I had some practice today. It was 88 and is forecasted to be even warmer tomorrow. My school is under construction so the AC isn't very consistent yet!

My daydream will include a Dole Whip!

I know - it has been very warm here too - almost as nice as Florida was!!

This will be a different trp for us. This time it's going to be just me and my older daughter. We're celebrating her 20th birthday. My younger daughter is staying home since she leaves for a trip to London and Scotland in August. Our trip is July 3-12.

Welcome - I have added you to the list, but if you would like to let me know where you are staying I can add that too. It sounds like a great celebration for you and your daughter!

LOOOOONG day at school today - we were just told our last day is not June 18th as originally planned. Now it's June 24th because we had 4 snow days. ARGH - why do they not put in extra days for snow days when we live in CENTRAL VERMONT, THE SNOW BELT??? How many more days until Disney???

That is frustrating. Our school year was extended too, but luckily just until June 11th.

Never ever have I ever...seen Beauty and the Beast at DHS.

That is a great show - put that one on your list!!

That is no fun! Do you remember what it was so we can avoid it?

Yeah, I was there during the 3rd week of July last year and it did seem a lot cooler than normal. It was really nice. I remember a few years ago, that same week in July, there was a heat index of 115+ degrees! It was horrible. I thought I was going to melt after about a minute in the sun. I was wearing cheap black Old Navy flip flops, and I was waiting for them to start sizzling on the pavement. I mean, I like it to be warm when I'm at Disney (it's Florida, it's supposed to be warm and sunny :upsidedow), but that was just too much.

Never ever have I......seen Festival of the Lion King! On our trip in 2006, we were sitting in the theatre when it got cancelled.:scared1:

Well...it was one of these...not exactly sure. It was a "specialty margarita." I copied the specialty margarita menu and deleted the ones I knew for sure it wasn't.

I'll stick with the classic from now on!

Fruta de la Pasion
El Mayor Blanco Tequila, Ginger liquor, mixed with passion fruit and mango nectar, fresh lime juice, topped with passion fruit foam, served on the rocks with a hibiscus Himalayan salt rim 12.50

La Cava
El Mayor Blanco Tequila, Triple Sec Liquor, fresh lime juice and agave nectar syrup, topped with blood orange foam, served on teh rocks with a cactus-lemongrass salt rim 12.50

Aguacate
El Mayor Blanco Tequila, Midori melon liquor, fresh avocado mixed with fresh lime juice and agave nectar syrup, served frozen with a hibiscus Himalayan salt rim 12.50

Durazno
El Mayor Blanco Tequila, Elder Flower St. Germain liquor, peach nectar, fresh lime juice and agave nectar, served on the rocks with a cactus-lemongrass salt rim 11.50

Naranja Roja
Sweet-tart flavors of the blood orange juice and the hibiscus syrup, El Mayor Blanco Tequila, Triple Sec liquor, topped with blood orange foam, served on the rocks with a hibiscus Himalayan salt rim 12.50

Well, reading the descriptions - I can see why some of them might have caused a tummyache! :rotfl: I think I will stick with the frozen ones outside!!

That is another good show! We never spend much time at AK. The kids ride Everest and we do the safari. Last week we did the Pagani Trail Forest Exploration - they have a 6 week old baby gorilla - she was so adorable! When I get my pictures uploaded, I will try to post one. It will be fun to see how much bigger she is when we go back in July.

Let's play a game!!

Never ever have I ever.....had a Dole Whip!!!

(I don't like many foods and pineapple is not on the short list of foods that I like!)

Never ever have I ever been on The Liberty Belle.

In France. There is a kiosk on the walkway that also sells the more well-known Grand Marnier Slushie, which became quite popular after Samantha Brown had one on her show...but the Grey Goose is better, IMO! :thumbsup2

I am a big fan of the Grand Marnier slush! Soooo refreshing on a hot Epcot evening!

We were there July 9-16 last year and we did have below average temps. Some days were only in the 80s! And with the clouds it was very tolerable. Here's hoping we have that this year over the 4th.

I can't believe how late your schools get out! Our seniors always graduate on Mother's Day. School is out the week before Memorial Day, usually (last year was the first time in the 12 years we've been here that we went after) even with added snow days. They build in a few, but this year we had 6. So they cancelled one in-service day and added 10 min to the school day to make up the rest. We're well above the minimum contact days, so I don't get the help of adding 10 minutes, but they didn't ask me;).

100 days, 18 hours, 3 minutes and 6 seconds until Saturday, July 17, 2010 until we leave

why does it feel like time is standing still???

We don't do the Liberty Belle every trip, but did ride last week. There is limited seating, but if you head down to the bottom level while everyone else heads up to the top, you might find a bench.

Oh, that stinks that you guys have to go so long! We missed all the snow this year - they got it north of us and south of us, but somehow we managed to only have 2 snow days and we've already made them up.
When do you have to return for the fall???

Okay, I'll play the other game...

Never have I ever... been at a park for rope-drop.

One time we were close at AK, but that was it.
Gonna really really try to get to MK rope-drop for our first full-day this year! Our arrival day we aren't doing parks - just resort.

We always start after Labor Day. This year, we start on the 7th but then we have the 9th and 10th off for the Jewish holiday.

We're going July 6- 13. Our fourth time as a family...boys are getting older, and huge Harry Potter fans - so probably a day at IOA for the Wizarding World, as well. Staying at Buena Vista Suites. We've never stayed there before, but heard good things. Any input on this hotel?
We've done summer three times and not found the crowds overwheling, though it helps to have a plan.
Counting the Days!!!
