The last day to View fantasmic before it goes down to get ready for pirates premiere is June 16. After that the first day Fantasmic will be back is the 27 so about 10-111 days of downtime. I hope this helps you all plan accordingly. Also on the 24 of the premiere disneyland will open at 6:30 and close at 5. And DCA will open at 10:00 and close at 11:00

It was confusing for awhile because the DL site calendar was showing it scheduled starting the 27th but is was also showing under closures. It has since been removed from closures but I was still wondering if it would be open the 27th. We will be there June 27-30 so I am not sure which day we will see it, but it is good to know our options. Would I be correct in thinking that the 30th would be our worst choice since it is Friday, the beginning of the holiday weekend? I am trying to decide what to leave for last when it starts getting crowded. Any suggestions?

this is coming from a major show over attraction person so it may be a bt bias but i believe see all the shows first then hit the rides. Designate one day to see parade of dreams, snow white musical, block party bash, Electrical parade/remember dreams come true (may need 2 days for that becasue they run really close to each other) and of course fantasmic!. thats a good day in itself :) after that use the rest of your time to hit the rides without worrying about missiong a show with 3 days you wont feel hurried a day at DCA and 2 days at DL just doing rides should be nice and relaxing................then again its summer lol :)

I called and F! will not be showing on the 27th, but will start back on the 28th.

Grrrr! That is so frustrating because the website calendar has it showing both times on the 27th. I love Disneyland but I sure wish their management would get their **** together! There is always so much conflicting information! You just can't ever completely trust any information they give you.
