It looks like this is what is open in between the food festivals (https://www.knotts.com/park-update):

• In the meantime, guests may continue to enjoy select offerings from the California Marketplace including alfresco dining on Grand Avenue from Mrs. Knott’s Chicken Dinner Restaurant, Knott’s Chicken-to-Go Restaurant, the Farm Bakery and Berry Market as well as items from our specialty retail stores.

You can call Knott's to see if anything else will be offered during your trip dates.

My next scheduled trip was Nov 11-15. I just got the email from Disney saying they are cancelling my reservation. Now to decide what to do.

I canceled our flights (Dapper Day weekend). I rescheduled our flights for a random weekend in February. However, if they were to open before. then, we would be there in a heartbeat.

I've just got to face it...there is not going to be a DLR visit in November for DD. My reservation at the GCH was cancelled and I need to cancel my flight tomorrow: I just wrote to my db who is my DL compadre: "I feel this bone deep sadness that we are not going to be at Disneyland. I can’t believe how much it aches". My fall annual trip to DLR is such a part of my lightness of soul and spirit and playfulness. I have a heavy job and right now a very heavy life. And I am so sad to give it up for now.

We recognize that the COVID-19 situation is constantly evolving, and there are many factors that are helping us determine the timing of when various aspects of our business will reopen in a responsible way. Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park remain closed and will reopen at a later date, pending state and local government approvals. The Hotels of the Disneyland Resort are also closed and will reopen at a later date. Given this unprecedented situation, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate through this process as responsibly as we can. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to accommodate your upcoming hotel room reservation. If you have already modified or cancelled your upcoming Disneyland Resort hotel room reservation or Walt Disney Travel Company vacation package, no further action needs to be taken. Just a thought: I don't suppose it might work to do a quick visit for some holiday shopping and fun dining in DTD, to see BVS (when it reopens), and maybe do the Taste of Merry at Knott's for a day? Totally not the exact same thing as the parks being open, but still fun and doable. The Disney magic may be subdued for now, but it is definitely there!

DTD TS restaurants have their Thanksgiving Day menu offerings listed. You can find them on the Disneyland website. (I haven't yet looked at the menus on the app.) And Jazz Kitchen has the December offerings online, too.

Get a look at the Taste of Merry dates now to see what might work for you because some dates have already sold out. Hope this works out for you!
