Official Disney Dining Time

Does anyone know where I can get the Official Time that Disney Dining uses? I'm going to be trying for Cinderella's breakfast and I want to make sure I have the exact time that Disney dining has.

Actually, I have found them to be very close to the atomic time!

I tried that last week, the disney time was ahead of the atomic time by at least 20 seconds (got through at 6:59:40 and was put on hold, did not get cindy's). Call the day before you want, using the clock on your cable tv channel lineup station to guide when you should call the next day.
