Official DIS Hidden Mickey FAQ Thread - With Pictures!!!

I don't see the Mickey Good enough to outline it. I see something but will have to wait until I can see it better in June.

I also don't like posting other families and that's why I cut them out the best I could and still show detail.

Now this was picked up from another thread here on the DIS so no big deal to repost it on another thread just maybe not another site.

I think I'd take that one- you're talking about the one at about 8:00 right?

Hey,IndyJammer, I just saw you on the restuarants thread. Just posted a ? about Beirgarten.. Ha, do get around, don't we ?

That's what I thought too. I thought since they posted here on DIS no big deal. But, when I saw how they were doing it over at hiddenmickeysguide, I really had to think twice. I have no idea how to cut and manipulate photos, so I'm glad you experts got me covered. That would be so cool, to actually FIND a new one, without anyone's help :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: !!!!!

Okay, I am confused.

Have any of you heard from Stephen Barrett?

I posted a comment to him thru his blog on Allears, and what I did was send him the LINK to this thread and told him what post to look for.

I didn't send him the picture. I thought, after all, he might be interested in our little thread, if he isn't subscribed already! :thumbsup2

Let me know if you hear from Stephen or see it on his site.

Check out this HM I saw while traveling to Cape Cod in Massachusetts back in October. Too funny!!
OH, No! I haven't been on in so long that I forgot how to post a picture. Could someone please remind me.:flower3: Thanks!

Just heard back from Steve Barrett. He says he will "check it out, and get some other opinions". So, I will have to wait to see if it goes up on the site or not.

Momshark: You have to first upload your photos onto a host site, like Photo Bucket, then attach from there. I don't remember the exact process- it's been a long time since I've done that too, but I do know that you can't do it from your own files. Maybe someone here can walk you through the process, or you might want to check out the tech board. I think I saw a whole thread on posting pictures.

Meanwhile, where is everyone? Anyone see any recently that they could share??

Where'd everyone go?? Let's see those Hidden Mickeys! Can't wait to find more on our next trip!

Same here. Heard back last week I think it was...same response.

Hopefully, he'll be able to check it out in person and let us know.

This thread has been silent for too long. Here are a couple of possibilities I haven't seen shown on it.

And now a link to one on the cover of a national news magazine.

My camera is not working but at Hollywood Studios head to the streets of america. In the window marked 'travel agency' there are several stickers on luggage, including one of donald with a drink in his hand! My fiance and I live in WDW vicinity but cannot afford a Disney wedding. Instead of being cheesy mickey we are going to have hidden mickeys all over. Even the cake is going to be 1 large round cake with 2 smaller rounds on pedestals. When you look from the top it is a mickey silohette. I even conviced my b'maids to were red dresses with black and white polka dot belts and carry yellow flowers (yellow shoes were to cheesy)

That is hilarious!

What a great idea - I love it!

First of all, Tink :welcome:

And congratulations! When is the wedding? You've got to post pictures.

Wow! Great to see that this thread is still going! I haven't posted any HMs in a couple years...didn't get to do our annual WDW trip in 2008 so I never found myself on the Disboards but we have a trip planned early this year (April) so I had to stop in and see what's been going on.

Here's one I got in 2007 ... I don't think anyone posted it here yet. Its from Test Track, I'm pretty sure its along the Fastpass line. (I like the cactus with the bullseye target, too - looks like something from the shootin' gallery at MK.)

I personally vote yes, but then I buy cheerios to have HMs everyday.

Well since it is at Disney then it has to be one....there are no accidents or coincidences there.
