Hi there! My husband and I are fascinated with the world of hidden Mickeys. We have a 6 year old who is addicted to hidden mickey searches. I can't count how many times she has run into things and/ or people looking for them! so i was wondering if anyone had an extra 2nd edition hidden Mickey book they'd like to sell? we're actually going tp VWL in 12 days!! Thanks!!

You can buy the book directly from Steven Barrett's site - or it will be easy to find AT WDW as well! (I think I actually got mine from Amazon!) Make sure that you ask at the front desk about the Hidden Mickeys at the WL - they used to have a scavenger-hunt-type-thingee that they ran!

And make sure to post ALL your finds Here when you get back!

when we were their in June my DD did a entire scrapebook page for a 4-h Fair entry on hidden Mickey's. As sson as I get time to figure out how to post pics again...I will add a few to this great collection!!!

For some reason I haven't gotten any trhead updates for this thread. I thought it died and am extremely happy to see it hasn't! (and that I have several pages to go through!!!!!)

Here are some that I don't think are repeats from our most recent trip.

Small world vine in Africa section

Nutcracker from Germany holiday storyteller (check out the snow flake on his hat. There were also some snowflakes on his uniform with HMs)

My daughter swears this one counts - it's outside of the Jungle Cruise & it looks like he's wearing Mickey ears.

I'm not sure I got the right area in the treasure room here's a general and then an up close.

I finally did see the one on the outside of the temple but couldn't get the picture to come out. :-(

My daughter took this one of the drain between stalls in the bathroom below the monorail at the Contemporary (overheard some interesting comments on a camera flash in the potty!)

More of a decor Mickey - conservation station

2 Hidden Mickey's in the mural at Conservation Station - not sure if they've been posted or not - there's 11 in the mural so it's hard to tell.

And this one is from the queue line for Barnstormer.

The rest we took this trip I know have been posted.

Has anyone made an album of their Hidden Mickey's? We're looking at a lot longer in between trips this time and my oldest wants to scrapbook her HM's. Any suggestions on how to lay it out?

Yes, I DID notice the second hidden Mickey's! I didn't notice when we were there in the room, but after I got home and uploaded my photos I saw them! Too cool! The rooms at POFQ are FILLED with hidden Mickey's! Love it!

We were at the Animal Kingdom in December and found a Hidden Mickey in a book/display case at Expedition Everest while waiting in line. There's a small white Yeti in the upper right corner of the tall wooden display case as you turn a corner in the line. The Yeti is wearing black Mickey ears. So cute!

I tried to post a new thread but since the upgrade I have had trouble with doing that. Anyway...I am trying to upload some of our Hidden Mickey Pics from our last trip and the file size is to large. Can someone please tell me how (in 2 yr old terms) how to make the file size of my pics smaller?

Ok - I want to know EXACTLY where R2-D2 & C-3PO are! The Mickey & Donald in my Sig (and Post 1!) are as you are leaving the "throne room" in GMR. I knew that R2 & 3PO where there, but I had not seen them before - Not even a Picture! FWIW - I had also heard that R2, 3PO, Mickey & Donald were actually in the Original Set for Raiders of the Lost Ark as well - but I cannot substantiate that!

I, too, need things explained in 2-yr old terms! So, luckily, the DIS does that for us! I usually refer people to this thread about posting pictures:
