Well, good luck-take your time- and think about things. My sister rushed into her divorce and agreed to all these crazy things, because "all I really want is the kids". FF, now it is all about how the kids have no money(small child support settlement/a decree that required they all move from MA to LI(which is a much more expensive place to live). My sister is still carrying his insurance 5 years later, there is no college fund for the kids(it was optional according to the judge), all tuition to their school is paid by my sister(her ex/family do not pick up one dime(because Public School is free, but you wouldn't send a dog there). So please be careful... You really have to not only look at it from today's prespective, but down the road too. Try to tie any increases in your DH salary to increases in the childsupport.

That sounds like very good advice. Look at the big picture and making sure you get the financial support your kids will need. More for you all.

Thanks you. I think it was the best day of my DH's life. He loved getting to carry that gun - we bought it in Morroco at Epcot, it is for display purposes only thats the only reason they let him bring it in to the park. It was alot of fun to be in the MK and dressed up. I would do it again.
