Yep here we go. Zach is Dana. Gabrielle will definitely get preg. but no know who the father is. I really hope they find a way to keep Carlos out of jail. I don't want him gone for a whole season. If I was him I'd have her sign a note too. Otherwise he'll get out of jail divoced with nothing even though he was going to jail for her.

I kinda hope he does go to jail...maybe just for a short while then they find some loop hole or something and he gets out early. I don't think she would have divorced him...I think he would have found out about the settlement sooner or later if she was to divorce him...and if that was the case she would loose the money and we all know that John can't provide the lifestyle she wants.

OMG! What a great episode.

Here's a recap. Lynette's babysitter canceled (she was to go out with former co-workers) so Bree watched her kids reluctantly. The one kept going after cookies and she threatened to spank him if he did it again. He said "so what my mom always says that and never does". Well he went after the cookies and she spanked him. Lynette finds out and gets mad. Bree says essentially, maybe you should spank because they're brats. Later lynette realizes that maybe her boys do need more discipline. One kid is about to drop a toothbrush in the toilet and you can see Lynette thinking about what to say. I thought she was going to threaten to spank and then actually do it, but instead she threatened to send him over to Bree's house "and you all know what happens over there ". The kids all straigtened up. The best line of the episode if you ask me.

Carlos wants Gabrielle to sign a post-nup saying that she won't divorce him while he's in jail. She refuses and says she knows about money that he has in an acct in the Caymans. He then moves the money and physically forces her to sign the post-nup. She runs off to see John. Oh and Carlos finds out about the settlement from the hospital.

Bree and her husband go to visit their son at the boot camp and he only wants to see the dad. So, he goes in. After awhile Bree storms the counciling session saying that she's a good mom and the dad says "Andrew just told us that he's gay". Bree looks stunned and walks out the door.

Mary Alice's son talks with Mrs Huber's sister and she tells him that she knew his mom in Utah. She said that his mom loved him very much and that she had met him when he was just a baby. Oh and she remembers how lovely his original name was: Dana!!!!!!

Susan's mom comes to visit and she's just as wacky as Susan. She left her boyfriend because he shoved her. She wants to move in with Susan so Susan tries to get the boyfriend to apologize. He tries and they end up hitting each other. There may be more to that story, but I wasn't really paying attention to it. Maybe someone else can fill in.

ETA: I think the people who thought Zachary wasn't really Mary Alice's and her husband;'s real parents are right. The dad said something about "we couldn't let her take you away from the only family you've ever known. "Her" is a private detective who came after Zachary. She is the one the police found in the trunk. Oh and the police came by to ask about the trunk. The dad says he doesn't remember, but Zachary says he does. He jumped on it when he was a kid and it broke, so they threw it away. Zach asks why they are looking for it. The police told him they found a chest with a woman in it.

Zac's Dad told him 'the truth". That the dead body found in the toy chest was the woman who tried to take him away from the only family he ever knew.That "they"(the Dad & Mom?) had to "stop her".

Later Mrs Huber's sister told Zac , that she had met him when he had "another name" and he said "I knw, it was Dana" and that his Mother "loved him very much"....and you knew that Zac was adopted and his birth Mom tried to take him back & they killed her & buried her under the pool....and that's why the Narrater killed herself in Episode #1.

Carlos found out about the $million Hospital settlement and forced Gabrielle to sign some sort of agreement (he was physically rough with her)and she had "revenge sex" with yardboy.

Bree's son confessed at the end of the show(at boot camp) that he thinks he is gay.

Leslie Ann Warren (Rocky Horror Picture Show) is playing Susan's Mom-she looks too young. She left her Dh(Bob Newhart ) and moved in with Susan & it's driving Susan nuts.

About the whole Zach/Dana thing- Dana is a feminine name for a boy but I guess its possible (there's Dana Carvey after all!). I am guessing Zach/Dana was a "black market baby" (illegally adopted), someone found out, then the woman in the box (who was the law) was killed when she tried to take Dana/Zach away. Mary Alice who illegally adopted Zach was blackmailed and probably did not have the money to pay, and she killed herself rather lose Zach.

Gabby will be preggo with either John or Carlos' baby and she won't know which! Plus she doesn't even want a kid so I'm not sure what she'll do. I can't see the writers of the show having her abort it since they'll get hate mail out the wazoo from the right-wingers if they did....but hey you never know, the show DOES take risks!

Oh yeah I forgot. They showed Gabrielle and Carlos talking about kids. She said she's thankful that he's not leaving her because she doens't wwant kids. He says he's still hoping to change her mind. Then flashes back to him tampering with her BCPs. Then shows them getting "cozy" and the Mary Alice voiceover says "And what Gabrielle doesn't know is that she will be pregnant within the week". So, she's going to end up pregnant, most likely with John's baby.

I remember something like that! If I remember correctly she did not say the name Dana...I think it was assumed it was Dana.

When they came back to the scene with Zac and Mrs. Huber's sister, Zac was looking at a photo album. I assume they were pictures of him and/or his mother. I never had the impression the two women were that close that she actually had a photo album with pictures in it of the family. I thought that was strange.

They graduated nursing school together right? I think there is something that happened at the hospital they trained at or such, involving Mary Alice "obtaining" a baby, and Mrs. Hubers sister knows the dark side of it....just a thought.

I think it's strange that Mrs. Huber's sister is still living in her house. She didn't even like her sister. Why wouldn't she just sell the house and go home? There's got to be some big reason why she's hanging around.

ITA! I remember when she annouced to everyone that Martha had died and then said she was having an estate sale and that like cash and checks would be accepted...guess that sale never happend.

It kind of disgusted me to have a man be physical with his wife in the same episode as they display him desiring children and being all gushy over the neighbor father-son ball game.

The whole 'whose baby is it' is so over for me. I really liked this show when it started!

This is what I think, Mary Alice/Angela stole a baby from her hospital job, later on the real mother tracked them down and Paul killed her either by accident or on purpose and hid the body, this woman is the woman that Mike is looking for Deidre? and since they used to be together, the baby (Zach/Dana) could be Mikes child!

Things got a little too ugly with Gabrielle and Carlos, she was too too stupid going back to the teenager. and she is definitly pregnant, as this show is like a soap opera.

I like that theory. There was an episode where Mike and Zach had a connection. Mike helped Zach out of a jam with his father (I can't remember the details now) but I said at the time that they seemed to have a better father/son bond then Zach did with his real dad. It is like a soap opera, isn't it!
