Mike was in his house. Going door to door asking about the girl (Diedra) he is trying to find. Nobody answered that door, so he let himself in. The old guy who lived there shot him-rightly so--self defense!

I knew Mike was in the shooter's house....I was asking why he was in the man's house. That was the part I missed, thanks.

I am happy to see how nicely the show turned out from my first impressions/assumptions of what the should would be like. The initial billboards i saw along the expressways had me worried ABC had a huge flop. Boy was i wrong.

I had no idea just how popular the show was until i was an audience member on the Oprah show on Feb. 2nd and the men from the show were on. The audience was going crazy, so it was a lot of fun. The guys were very cool and awesome (as i'm sure you all watched when it aired 2/3). I should really watch the show more often since it's got such a large audience. I must be missing out (I've only seen 2 episodes)

I think this was the best show since the pilot. I loved the neighbor! Too funny when she told Lynette's kids her kid was a terror like them-they would have liked him . But so sad she lost her son so young. I hope to see her on future episodes.
Poor Bree! You know it's killing her to have to ahem, "hurt" Rex. I wonder if they'll get exposed and her neighbors will find out? That ought to make good dinner party conversation .
Looks like Susan and Mike's relationship is about to get very interesting!

We were out last night & my parents were babysitting and they cancelled the recording!! I am so bummed!

How come the one show I miss is when they're not showing repeats on Saturday?

I don't know if anyone has brought this up or not yet, but does anyone think that Mary Alice's son IS "Dana"? I knew a male Dana in high school. The baby blanket was pretty unisex (white with baloons embroidered on it). I wonder if Mary Alice and her husband kidnapped this kid or something (because of the sarcastic way that he called his father "dad" a few episodes back). I haven't read all of this thread, so I hope that I'm not just rehashing an old idea, LOL!

I fell asleep about 1/2 way!!! And not because it wasn't interesting, either! The last thing I saw was when Mike fainted at the restaurant. I assume from reading these that Lynette spoke to the neighbor and told her her kids took the clock? And Brie tried the S&M thing?

Anything else happen with the lady who saw "Angela's" picture in Paul's house? I wonder what that's all about?

Yes, we have discussed that before. I am still thinking that there is a Dana/Zach connection and that somehow the missing girl, Diedre, is involved. Interesting developement with Mary Alice/Angela. Hmmmm ...

Loved the storyline with Lynette and Mrs. Mcklosky! TOO FUNNY!!! Those kids have serious "issues". Loved when Mrs. M. just marched into Lynette's house and then when she ran over the bike and Lynette pelted her with eggs!

Gabrielle was a hoot in the mattress store! I love the bit with her and her former cleaning lady in the cosmetic department too! So glad we finally got a new episode! I was going thru withdrawls!

Brei's story line was was uncomfortable to watch. But her husband got excited that she was willing to try, and then she asked to put the handcuffs in the dishwasher first.

I loved last night's episode! I felt bad for Bree, but I was so glad he just finally came out with "it"...

Poor Mike, between being shot and set up with the bracelette...ugh. Going to be rough going for a while.

And I'm just dying to know what's up with Lynette's hubbie. I saw on ET that he's a "two timing cheat" or something to that effect...and in the preview for next week, they show him getting a promotion with "more traveling". Not good!

That new "lawn boy" sure looked nice! hehehe!!! (in the preview for next week.)

I forgot: I loved the part when Rex showed her the videotape of what he was looking for. After Bree watched it, she looked at Rex and said, "What the hell did your mother do to you??" OMG!!

Was it Northern Exposure? I kept thinking she looked familiar but I couldn't place her.
