But something happened on the way out of the park that my girlfriend is no longer my girlfriend. She is now my fiance'. I proposed to her, right in front of the castle while the photo pass guy was shooting away.

So... as you can see, it was a fun and eventful vacation.

welcome back Emma, sorry to hear about the delays back home. so you are doing a TR, right? I can't wait to read all about it, including the NYC part too! welcome home!

Yup I'll be starting a TR soon! I tried writing up a diary each day.. but I'm still on day 2 of WDW .. sorted through all the receipts, maps and 'scrap book materials' that I collected during the trip... sure that and the photos will help me remember each magical day!

Wow, I'm sorry so many people got sick!!! I feel like getting some of those sars masks and a gallon of hand sanitizer! I think I'll make sure to always wear a scarf so I can hold it over my nose and mouth when people start coughing on us! Easy day today at school and easy one tomorrow too - finishing up our films then Christmas carols in French! DH is home early and not going in tomorrow, so he gets to take Jolie to dog camp (I hate taking her, it's too sad!!!). Almost there!!!

Christmas Eve- Hollywood Studios - Breakfast at Chef Mickey and late lunch at Sci Fi

Christmas Day - Magic Kingdom with EMH - Breakfast at Olivia's Cafe (we are staying at OKW) and dinner at Crystal Palace

Frantically packing all the last minute things while trying to keep the house clean for my 14 family members that will be showing up for the weekend on the day after we get back from the World. Also, not excited about this snowstorm we are currently in the middle of. 7+" that we will have to drive through to get to the airport tomorrow to catch our flight!
Can't wait to be in the warm weather. 70 is going to feel so hot!

It's for reals this time! i get to go to Disney this week!!

I leave tomorrow afternoon from Nashville to Ft Lauderdale. Mom and Dad and Brother will pick me up at the airport! We're doing Christmas with the grandparents on Thursday and then Friday morning drive up to the World!

We're staying at CSR for 3 nights, then Monday night at the Comfort Suites on 192 to maximize our 4 days!! I'm so super excited! This is the first time my entire family will be together at Disney in over five years and the first time we've ever done it together for Christmas.

I'm so super stoked to be going, I was supposed to get to go in September, but my evil witch of a trainer convinced my equally evil boss to deny my vacation plans at the last minute so she could go to the mountains, just because!!!!!!!

Open question to all: when done with your trip this month, when is your next WDW vacation (month/year)?

For us, we'll be heading over to the September 2011 thread board soon! We are going on our first cruise ever on the Disney Dream and will spend one day in the parks upon our return. Although our Disney trips are usually 12 months apart, this one will only be nine months away! Yay!

WOOOOHOOOO! I am so done with work! We had a faculty meeting this afternoon that I was itching to leave from and now I'm home and on Disney time!!!! We leave at the ungodly hour of 2:30 to drive to Manchester airport for our flight at 7:00!!! This time tomorrow we're at the world!!! To everyone leaving in the next few days, have a wonderful trip and maybe we'll see you down there!!! AND - HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO EVERYONE! Whether you celebrate Christmas, Chanukah, Kwanzaa, the winter solstice or anything else - enjoy the time with your family and friends!!! Well be back on the 28th and I'll be sure to check in.
